Oh this is awesome! But I'd like to see the old "x" and "o" rather than the skull and crossbones.

Well this one derinitely looks 'scarier' if that was the aim, I just ... the tounge does seem to have too much definition and hence looks wrinkled (as has been mentioned)... also I agree that the old pose seemed better as it looked like it was really floated.... and personally i think the teeth are a little too manacing, but those i could live with if i was going for scary. But really a great job! Even with all the cunstructive critisism

Ah! This is great! The only things that look slightly off here would prolly be that it's farthest outstretched hand looks a bit too thick and the skull and crossbones on it's head are a tad too large. XD

I don't know if this is what the artist was aiming for, but to me it looks a lot like a form with a brown sheet over it. Maybe some transparency and blending effects with the background could add a more 'ghosty' look to it?

The Ghostly has always had the skull and crossbones. So I geuss you think they must both be pirates xD. I like the new one, very nice

I always though the neck fluff bit was a neck where it wnet into the cloak and all o_O But I truly don't see a thing about this I hate.....and I am normally horridly picky xD But I guess I will leave the criticism to everyone else x)

One thing about the Ghostly is that I thought it would be more "ghostlike" in a revamp. The skull looking solid, but the body somewhat translucent. And what is that suppose to be under it's chin? I thought it was where the head was tied on, but now it looks like a jabot.

I do like the new version, but if we can accept wings on a previously wingless dragon, we can accept a ghostly Ghostly.

I voted for the old one because the shading really puts me off (the tongue looks like it has wrinkles, and the hands look really awkward somehow) and the fact that the pose just isn't as flowy as the old one. This new one looks like it's standing. o-o;

I'm not a big ghostly fan but I really like this revamp, and might consider actually getting one! Great art.

However, the thing on its forehead looks a bit off. I take it it is supposed to be a skull and crossbones (?), but with the top part cut off it just looks off somehow. May I suggest making the skull smaller so we can see all of it?

Excellent revamp, but only in the hope that the huge skull goes away. Yeah. I don't like that, srsli forrealz. Just please make that go away, or even make it smaller. I guess the dress/cloak thing could be a bit more "flow-y" but I don't have a ghostly pet, so I really don't care much for it.

holy wow! I love 99.9%of this revamp! Though, I really really don't like the large skull, and teeny weeny crossbones. How about the simple X again and a tinier skull?
Otherwise, I LOVE it!!!

I think I like this new one a bit better. The tattered bottom of its umm... ghost dress.. thing looks really nice. And with the details added, I can now see that the white thing under its chin isn't a beard or goatie!

However, what is that thing above the X on its head? O.o

I think the bigger skull on the forehead resembles an unfortunate hair piece now, but I love the added shading and the pose. Still could use a little work in my opinion, but it's quite nice.

The old one looks so much better... This one has overloaded on shading doesn't look as much like... a ghost? Well it doesn't seem as floaty.

To be honest 100%, I don't like this pet no matter what incarna it takes. I don't think it should really even exist cause it's more a person than pet, IMO. Therefor I have no comments on it's structure nor will I vote on it because I think that those who actually care what it looks like should have the control of what it becomes.

The shading's better on this one but the arms look too...angry? The skull on the head could be a bit smaller as well.

Well now that I've mulled it over, I wish I could change my vote back to the old one. The jabot, symbol change, and overly complex shading are starting to turn me off even more.

Everyone seems to think that it isn't good enough - but I don't think the new version needs any touch ups. It's perfect. I may have to get one for myself =D And the skull and crossbones look way better than just plain lines.

well this is a tough choice. i like both of them, but theres something about the new one i dont like. its probably because the orange cloth looks like crinkled up jello. but clothing aside, its a very good revamp. ill still go with the old one though ;p

I have to say, the artist who drew this has outdone themselves. 50million shades? Have you seen the OTHER ghostly? (well, probably, that's a retoricle question) The other ghostly was the same way, only less applied shading. It wasn't in the places it needed to be, and took away the Ghostly's attractiveness.

Although I like the shading on this one, I prefer the old ghostly more. I think it could be a little lighter. The way the rags are at the bottom make them look like they're on their knees (do they even have knees? lol) instead of flowing like the old one. I never knew that was suppose to be a skull and crossbones on the old one either (I always thought it was a XD sort of face), but the way it is in the revamp looks a little awkward.. The neck piece is also a little strange, maybe it can be a little more floofy? I don't think that's a word but hey..

I like this one a lot better! I do think the skull is a little large, but the good outweighs the bad for me. Now... someone should revamp the bloodred antlephore! You know you wanna!

^^ I like the detailed shading on the newer pets - it doesn't quite come off right on the items, though. Still, I am liking this version - except for the placement of the skull and cross bones. Perhaps we could bring back the X and O .... at least it looked a bit more like a face then. Still wish these things had a face.
