The art is up to date, but that's about it. 
If the graveyard demi comes out nice, I will be happy.. So hard for me to vote on these polls, having the special colors and all... ..Anyway. I believe the Demi redraw is quite wonderfully drawn, but as others have pointed out and already explained why, the horn and hair bother me. I also sort of prefer the old tail, but I could live with this one.
...But. I can't really give accurate critiques, as I really only want to know what the Graveyard Demi will look like. Hopefully close to its original (GY Demi is one of my all time favorite pets).
Fix the horn and brighten the eyes, and it will be perfect ^^ Great job!
Maybe the horn should be like the old one? More in proportion with the size of the head? It looks like a bit of an after thought as is. And I agree with whomever made the feather comment.

Actually, siverfalcon, I think the redraw looks way more like the DM demi, at least. And that makes me happy, because I love my Dysnomia, and wouldn't want to see her changed to fit the new look.
And, in defense of this one's horn (which, don't get me wrong, needs some help), the old one's horn wasn't ideal either: take a look -- it's actually oriented over what would be the demi's right eye, xD

OK, I think... after looking at the demi colors... that DM and reborn are my fav, and I realize that it's just... they look slender, like a fox or something... And the way this one is sitting, I dunno, it doesn't have that sort of "fox" look to it. That slender, not so super-fluffy look...
.....Hmmm.Whats seems to be sticking out to me is the face.It seems a bit too cutesy puffball to me.

The hornand mane bother me only becuase it seems as if the mane is not even attached to its head... and the placement of the back paw needs to be brought out more like placed more outwards than inwards..cause sitting like that just makes it look weird to me..I tried to sit like that and it it hurt my foot .. But like I said thats just me..
I really like this new one, but the hair and the hairline bother me a bit. I could get used to it though, but I like the older one better. 'xD
All together, looks great. I love the shading especially. :3
I voted for the new one, but I also have mixed feelings.
The artwork is cleaner; that I like. The eyes are adorable! The tail, paws, and face are all nice, but there's something about the posture I don't like. The angle makes the way the chest connects to the body seem a bit strange, and I'd rather the horn point outward a bit instead of straight up. I also think the hair/mane is too dreadlocky, as someone else mentioned, but maybe that was the intent. 
I think the demi definitely needed an artlift, but I don't like the new one's stiffness and hair. I suppose I don't mind either way, as long as the reborn demi isn't touched.
I don't really see why the demi needs to be rvamped, personally I think it looks fine to me.
The main problemm I have is the poof in the front of the chest, it just seems too large. I don't know, the puff before was subtle while this one seems bam there.
It is just an opinion though.
Out with the old and in with the new, and if you dont like the new, theres no reason to go absolute emo about it... xD; Pixels are pixels.

It looks ok, but the nose/muzzle seems too short. It's just missing something too... just not sure what tho.

Okay, the one crit I have is where the horn meets his mane... It looks like his mane isn't even attached to his head, and the horn is jutting out radomly... it just doesn't blend smoothly I guess, looks sort of out of place...
the position of the horn on the new version gives it's head a two-dimensional appearance. in addition, the newer one is thinner in odd places, makes it seem out of proportion (on a small scale). barring that, its a great upgrade! the eyes and face look much better -- softer.
I prefer the old just because of the crisper color and curly tail (the tail on the new one has that flat section to it). Still, the new one is super cute! I wouldn't mind it one bit if was chosen. 
Yes, I think Javvy has it right... I said the head was small, but really I think it is the nose that's bugging me... it just seems squashed.... Perhaps it just needs a longer neck or something... I dunno, that's just me.
Also, I REALLY don't want the reborn Demi's changed. hugs namesake Julia x[ I spent a lot of time saving for that color because it's my favorite pet of all time.
The only thing I really feel looks weird about the new demi is that its mane looks like feathers and its horn is pointing upwards. But other than that I like it. I still prefer the old Demi though.....

I totally voted new. Demis are my favourite pets, and seeing this just made me like... really, really happy.
But will the Chibi be changed much, if at all, if this goes through? I really like the Chibi...
The new one is very pretty, but... it's missing something. I wish I could figure out what it is... I prefer the way the horn on the old one is pointing forward, but I'm sure you had some sort of anatomical reason for changing it. I'm also more fond of the old tail, though I can see why it needed to be changed.
I think the new one looks more... tense? somehow. The old one is more comfortable.
I don't like this at all. I thought the old version of the Demi was perfect, but I'm not a huge fan of "realistic" looking petsite pets to begin with....
The lines seem almost too thin, the chest "puff" of fur seems too large, and the head... I miss the larger head, proportions be damned. I agree with whoever said the horn was too straight as well. The light mark in the eyes also seems too dominant; it almost overshadows the pupil and the iris.
Really, I'm just complaining because I adore how my Albia looks right now. If this redraw goes through... I can still turn her Reborn and be happy with her (I assume that pose will remain untouched), but it'll be a deliberate attempt to avoid the new common pose look. I'm sorry; I honestly don't mean to offend whoever drew this, but this isn't the pet I went looking for when I made Albia.
I definitely like it better than the old one (for one thing, the old one's smile somehow seemed awkward...xD -- the most random thing to crit, I know); however, I almost didn't vote for it because I don't think it's the best redraw possible.
Namely, if it goes through, I will miss the richness of the old demi's coloration, and will find the oddly upright angle of this one's horn and the way its tail is flat where it touches the "ground" odd.
So I have mixed feelings.
I'm way more fond of the old one. This one...the hairline bothers me. The hair bothers me. The tail bothers me. Dx and the horn is slightly more vertical than I think it ought to be. .-. lightningrodmuch? 
It's nice quality, but they would cease to be among my top favorites.
I like parts of the re-draw but something is most certainly lacking. I'm not sure what it is, perhaps it is the horn. I'm torn between which to vote for.
This is the hardest poll ever. There are pros and cons about both of them. To start, I'll do the old one. The old one isn't really that bad. It's a little.. blah, and it needs a touch up, for instance, the outline is way to thick, and the feet are very.. oddly shapen. The NEW ONE, however, the outline seems very very faint. The horn is straight up and down, and needs to be tilted a tad bit. I don't have them side to side right now, but when I was looking at the poll, I think I noted that the muzzle on the new one is a bit flat. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION. I love both of them, really... I don't think I'll vote, though.
I'm definately liking the old Demi design better.
I think the new one looks a bit feminine, it's head is out of proportion with the rest of it's body, and the mane/hair/whateveryouwanttocall it loses it's definition.
Adore it. Absolutely.
It has such a sweet faceee.
The lines are clean, the shading is perfect, the anatomy is dead-on. The only thing is that the color looks a bit desaturated and not in a good way. I like the brownish-orange over the new yellow.
I like the new demi. However, to keep it all in proportion, I think the tail needs to be a tiny bit fluffier near the top and the paws a little larger.
Other than that it's great.
I like the older demi more. This one doesn't have that "LOOK AT ME I'MA DEMI" look. .-. But don't get me wrong, it's drawn well.
I also like that his head isn't MASSIVE anymore... it now looks like his neck could actualy support his head...
I love the paws, but I think the tail could use some work. The lineart on it looks fuzzy, and makes the tail look like it is 2D.
I think the horn and mane need a little more love, too. I think the pose is good though, and the facial expression.. though it does seem a tad bit squishy.
Besides that, it is definately an improvement. c: Good job.
FIIIINALY... oh my freaking god I've been waiting for this overly needed vamp for ages.
The proportions are better, the lines smoother, the colours more even, and it actualt looks like it could stand without a complete and utter hunch in its back due to screwed up legs...

I prefer the old one, myself. Like a previous commenter stated, the new one LOOKS nice, but it's lacking something. (Plus it looks more cutesy, and I generally don't like that, but that's just me.)
Also, the reborn will NOT be changed.
This is the first time I've voted for a redraw over the old version. (: Though the horn does look odd, and the fur around it looks... feathery!? o__o It's still very nice. Cooool.

hm... I do see some points that could be fixed... The face is a bit flat, but i think it's supposed to be likt that, opposed to the old version.
The tail also seems a bit flat on the bottom, though the ground isn't supposed to be there. And The horn does seem a bit misplaced compared to the hair around it...
But these are only minor details, and have many opportunities to be fixed in the future! I'm definitely voting on this one!
