We really need a proper "you don't have enough items" message... and also please move the "give up" button further away from the "complete quest" button.

The CSC is nice, I really do appreciate your generosity and understand why you have to make sure you don't give away too much! Thank you! I wish we didn't have to manually claim it though, I just know I'm gonna forget lol

Saggi's rewards seem to be missing the "Base quest reward" at the moment. He's only paying out the item bonus amount and the reputation bonus, resulting in some very low payouts for some quests (like 100k, which isn't enough to cover the stuff he requests). I noticed the reputation bonus on that one is more reasonable now. 5k sP or so x5 is not nothing, I'm fine with that.

Pete seems to be paying out a little less too, but I'm not sure why. That makes me a lil sad because his quests asking for four items are a PITA. Speaking of which, I'm not thrilled that Mauve now asks for four items and Maleria asks for three. Having to round up four items for each quest is such a slog when we have to wait for purchase timers and site lag, and especially when the Kumos shops and shop search and navigation are still a mess (everything still feels stumbly and awkward there even after doing Kumos quests daily for weeks, with the need to search legacy shops and multiple routes to get to hovers and shop searches and completion buttons and just nothing is streamlined). I'd rather just have an additional quest giver if the goal is to turn in/erase more items from the site per day.

The items in the top bar look tiny for me too and my monitor aspect ratio is only 16:9. I guess it's kinda wide but I don't think it's that unusual these days? The little icons for when something is in an NPC shop or in your vault are way too tiny and I can't remember which is which, they're both similar. So I have to hover over them to see if it's in a shop or the vault and to find out what the price is before I decide if I'll just buy from usershops or navigate away to track down the item elsewhere, taking even more time. It was better when it was clearly labeled with the current NPC shop price without needing to hover. I guess that's already been addressed but I'm just seconding the experience/feedback so you know it's not just a few users with giant monitors having an issue.

In any case, I'm really happy to see Kumos is being worked on again and that feedback is being discussed here onsite! Thank you!

questing was a little clunky today, a lot of site lag resulted in quest completion errors. mauve was also asking for some pretty unexpected things, seems as though he is branching off into being a survivalist.

this, this, this. coupled with the kumos/legacy shops being different price and stock wise, cross checking is arduous. the lag also is detracting from the smooth experience prior. Agreeing with everything that Synth said, but throwing in a pained groan at quest givers asking for 4 items.

Regarding the CSC claim making it more prominent and accessible would be appreciated, plus it's a perfect way to reintegrate your beloved confetti 😉

I'm happy to buy from user shops if items haven't been ridiculously inflated. Being able to buy a few rare items a day from Kumos shops keeps a supply of quest items in user shops for other players

Had it happen several times today where it showed on the quest page that an item being asked for was available in NPC shop even though it was not actually stocked there at the time. I'm not sure if it's just lag or outdated cache or something.

This was only like my 2nd day actually doing quests here on Kumos, so I'm not as familiar with what's already known issues.

Hello, I haven't been on the site in ages. Are we unable to search for items to shop in user shops? When I try, a search bar is there, but no search button, and nothing happens if I click enter.

I'm not sure if this is a recent change after I haven't been there in months, but Kumos now slows down my computer a LOT.

I'm not very computer smart so I don't know what exactly is causing this, but I noticed using the normal legacy site, in my task manager my GPU usage is 1-10% max. If I open Kumos, it instantly shoots to 100% GPU usage and it lags just trying to scroll the page. That seems kinda crazy. After I finally finish my quests on there, firefox is very freezy and crashy to the point I have to restart my computer.

Runway Ready asks for Brown Drumsticks which is R30. The Kumos Music Shop doesn't stock any items and the Brown Drumbsticks are now 40K sP in user shops. Is it possible to adjust items requested to ones which are stocked in the Kumos NPC shops or add more restocking shops to the Kumos site?

Very strange issue with kumos today - my user profile keeps popping up in the top middle of my screen unprompted whenever I load a page. It's not really getting in the way of quests thankfully but it is strange and blocks some site nav. Not sure what's causing this.

I'm having the same problem as today, with the user hover thing popping up constantly for no reason.

Incidentally, Maleria (on Kumos) is being rather difficult lately. She keeps asking for things that she almost certainly won't compensate enough for so I've been having to skip her quests. And her request pool doesn't seem large enough because prices are getting driven up. Her rewards are super random though because she has ripped me off and only paid 60k when I've had to buy expensive things. Like just one of the items she requested alone was over 70k... this price point comes up a lot in her quests, two cheap things and one ~70k, and I got repeatedly burned so now I'm skipping requests that look like that. BUT sometimes she'll ask for three cheap things and pay over 200k. So what gives? I don't like the guessing, I don't like gambling, I don't want to get ripped off and I hate skipping quests. I just want to earn a predictable amount of sP for my time spent on this activity.

This has been reported by other users with no action taken yet but I'm going to mention it anyway as it's an ongoing and worsening problem. There is an issue with the Spells Galore stuff not getting restocked enough and those items are requested frequently by multiple quests on both Kumos and Legacy. Kumos Wizard does not even pay enough to cover the prices that are just inflating more and more every day. Yeah, we get tokens, cool. But losing pure sP feels bad. It's a bad experience, I don't enjoy it.

Finally, I see there's a new cooldown that is being implemented on Kumos NPC shop purchases and I'm concerned. It hasn't activated for me yet but I don't know when or if it will, it's just ominously tracking how many purchases I've made so far and suggests there will be a cooldown lasting for two hours at some point. If this interferes with doing all my quests and drags the whole ordeal out over two hours, or starts making me stumble over annoying timers halfway through, that's a huge dealbreaker for questing. So I hope that's not going to happen.

Oh, one more thing. Almost everything I buy for quests from Kumos NPC shops only ever has one in stock when I get there. I don't like that either because on Legacy when I'm questing, I'll occasionally run into a stock of a few moderately-valuable items and I like to grab the extras to sell. I don't actively "do restocking" as a standalone activity, it's just a way to add a little bit of profit to my questing. This is basically impossible in Kumos shops. And in addition, every time I see that "1 in stock" message I freak out just a tiny bit that by the time I get there to buy it, it'll be gone. It's a lil stressful and disappointing.

Can we please have some official information about this new cooldown system for Kumos NPC shops. How many purchases are we allowed to make in what time period?

Having the same issue as . Sometimes it goes away quickly, other times I have to scroll up and down a bit to get it to move so I can finish my quests. It seems even just scrolling all the way back up to the top of the page makes it reappear.

I was doing some kumos questing on my phone (android) earlier and just tried fishing on my iPad - the user hover keeps popping up for me and being impossible to remove without refreshing. :s This did cause issues questing for me.

The ‘recent purchases’ thing is also… yet another waste of space causing more scrolling. Please, please: I want to scroll /less/ while questing. No scrolling would be preferable and far closer to the main site. I now have to scroll down to start a quest, up to select an item, down to remove/purchase, up and /sideways/ to select another item (why sideways?!), and on and on. It takes a long time and my hand gets sore.

Also, I still can’t remove items from vault on my iPad (safari, I think I also tried Firefox though) so can’t quest using it. :( I reported this months ago.

I'm in the middle of a dang quest! I'm sure if it's not fixed in time, quest on Kumos will be reset.

I see Saggitarius is the weekend quest, but all the prizes I received were 75K only, which doesn't make sense... During the week all saggitarius prizes were generous, over 100k, however today I did like 3 quests, bought items that were about 85-100k total, and each time I got 75K only.

Very much preferring the new ‘sold out’ message to constant 404s, thank you!

However, yesterday night a quest once again claimed an item to be in stock, even after waiting and refreshing repeatedly, while it was sold out.

I'm not lamenting, because I don't mind skipping her quests, yet: For people, who have not stocked up on Malerias high rarity stuff, her quests have become mostly uninteresting because not just completely unprofitable but loss-making. She will reward 60-70k with at least one item going from 70-99k. GAs can easily skip her, if they want to go for the CSC, the others need to bite into the sour apple - granted, it's still cheap CSC, yet... We need sooooo much sP for the top price items, which cannot be bought with CSC :-(

I did all my Kumos Quests just now, why did I receive only 17 CS instead of 20?!
