😀 I fell at work one month ago. Maybe a kid bumped into me as I was stepping down. Maybe made worse by this backache I have had since shortly after the war started. Who knows. I hit hard. Luckily didn’t break anything. I am back to my pre-fall self (I think? I hope?). Decided that the pain does not decide for me and attempting to ignore it. ¯(ツ)/¯

yes I hope you are orefall too..but find out what mini exercises you could to to go along with recovery. I fell down a hill once yrs ago and did small repetative told excersizes to help but have long term damage even when I thought I was better was out with kids from school as well like you. LOL, poor Kelly had the heck scared out of him today. He was bringing me a few grocery items and he didn't see Honey laying on the rug. He stepped on her, she yelped and jumped up and he almost lost his balance. Then he had to sweet talk her to calm her down.

yes my lil Benny is suppper cautious cause he is so small..always jumping out of the way :) you have a way to go..do you have support at home to check in on you and just be there to listen my beautiful friend?. you know i asked my doc wany=ting a full hysterectomy n they said they cant do it!!! i mezn you can chnge your face your boobs your but ANYTHING you want but they wont do something that could save you from at least three frequent cancers !! stay positive n do things you like to keep your mind happy. heehee my lil lovebird hangs upside down or anywhich way to get to something interesting to toss into the air or knock over..strong for a feisty lil girl!!!
