Health and strength are most important for a typical battle pet. It will allow you to beat more battle quest and event challengers at the top of the difficulty for your tier faster and thus grow from using battle experience. Health keeps you alive and strength lets you do more damage which ends battles faster. Still raise your defence and speed just not as much as the other stats.

Don't forget to read books to increase your pet's intelligence. The AP will let you attach spells and then you can really punch above your weight.

I personally do an even build until Tier 12. I'm trying to fly through the tiers ASAP so I can access the great weapons I already own. I get my pets from tier 1 to tier 8 in a year and to tier 12 in two years. This is not the norm and takes a very serious investment in time and resources to have an even build be as good as a health and strength focused build.

I'm glad a dripping vial just dropped, I forgot the golems can give them out. Time to do some farming.

Indeed they have! I've gotten 7, 8 if I include the one from the achievement...

I have plenty of throwing vials though...

I have gotten 16 vials so far with 15 pets top pets have 40 wins smaller have 30 wins each Ill go back and battle each ill i can no longer win.

I averaged way less than 1 vial pet 10 pet wins for the original 460 battles. Hard to keep track when grinding with the big pets.

I feel like after beating like, 200+ golems, you just stop getting dripping vials at all. Or maybe I just have real bad luck.

They still drop. I'm at 55 vials after 1700 kills so far... or about 3% drop rate
