Hopefully that staff member was just finding they were too busy to be able to actually give you the time you needed, and next time it'll all go smoother ;) Well that isn't much help either! Are they just doing the bandages up too tightly in the first place, do you think?

i hope so too. Im not looking forward to this appointment at all. Ive been getting pains in the top of my foot and also now the heel. So i really don't want to go and walk. Plus im worried about it happening again where i feel all unimportant. I guess we'll see. Did you change backgrounds

could the pain in the top of your foot be down to the bandage being snug across the top part (I've found that bit of my foot gets really sore if it's rubbed against where the laces are tied on my trainers)? But it's certainly not something you want, especially when you need to walk on it! Hopefully that particular person (assuming it was the doc's assistant / nurse) won't be in, and there'll be someone else there who is better at actually making you feel like a valued patient squishes

that's a thought on it being heat - I'm guessing your foot's going to get pretty warm with the bandage on....

Well ive been really cold since the surgery. I think is shock. Not like gonna kill you but you know its still a trauma. Thanks. I debated for a while on buying the trim but I decided to go for it. I also bought a dragon companion lol. Did you get the trim too?

that is perfectly understandable - anything like that is going to have a kind of shock effect, then adding in the 'eventful' weekend, that adds in even more shock-wise!

my spirits are really low. I basically was told another two weeks with the air cast and light walking aka best rest. Im gutted. I was hoping i could more especially with mum i cant even shower with this boot. Too big for my cast cover so its wet ones. The other foot was also wrapped with medicine

the air cast is too bulky to put the cast cover over and i was told if i even stood without it he’d put a cast on it so not that i can think of. Besides i have both feet wrapped. Even if i could buy another cast cover itd be a huge slipping risk so I don’t think thats a good idea.

that's annoying, especially if you just want to have a proper wash! But I can't blame you in not wanting to risk it - I wouldn't want to even consider having covers over both feet (just one would make me worried I'd slide all over the place 😊)
