I had Ci Ci's, eight slices worth, and some pasta and a small dessert...and about half a dozen servings of Cherry Coke. Mine earned it, and come Monday I'll get started with next semester's process. Tomorrow I don't know what mine will do to slack.

It may not be freezing here yet, but I just fired up my woodstove. I'll set up for my Zoom meeting there after washing up.

I can tell you may be located somewhere a little more remote than my own setting, if a restaurant is over four hours away.

Cool enough for a fire here as well. Didn't get over 40, which is fine for me, most days, but today I am sitting a lot, so it seems cooler inside. And the older, and tiny pooches love the warm. hehehe Yes, in this state, towns are so far apart, that you could drive an hour without seeing any town. There's a town about 12 miles from here, that only has 1 person living in it. Her husband passed away a few years back, so she is the only one there now. She runs a tavern though, so she is never really ever alone. lol And of course she has children who visit often as well. Larry the Cable Guy came to visit one time, and did a public appearance to raise funds for the library there. She is one busy lady! :O

I'm reminded of how where I live used to be. When we moved in, there was no electricity, phone lines, or pavement. Interestingly the last utility this area received was running water. We only had that eight or so years...

I do look forward to courses like Transmissions, or Transaxles. For now I need to keep up with registration for spring, that is for the next week. I won't worry about payment, I'm confident it'll work out. I certainly will pay in person this time.

I seem to overlooked something you asked me earlier. The artist I commissioned works with digital media, sometimes to the tune of 5000 x 5000 pixels. I paid for a full body shot, plus the figure I loaned is being interpreted with an additional style apart from his own. I asked my friend to arrange another meet to recover figure and either see progress or a completed product. We'll be doing this sometime after finals.

I love when a space is cleaned and organized! Such a feeling of accomplishment! I finally got my Christmas decorations up and my apartment looks spiffy :)

I'm definitely feeling the time crunch of getting my gifts done. Anything that can be wrapped is done. I'm almost done with my second Red XIII (should finish today). I still have a double-handled saw to paint for my sister. At least it's primed lol. I'm planning to put their last name on it so they can hang it at their summer vacation house. Most everyone in the community has a sign with their name on it so I thought it would be fitting to do one for her too. I've also got a few other felting projects I want to finish. The clock is ticking!! AHHH!

Oof, I haven't even started giving gifts to people on here. I'm hesitant of doing so right now because of the server issues.

Mine got to enjoy another round at the Panda Burger today with friends, though our order was partially incorrect. Me and the friend both ordered the Super Panda, but were served Poblano Burgers. Instead of making a fuss, we accepted the plates and ate well.

Mine also have one gift to give to this guy, for winning my Mario kart challenge. I want to surprise him with a Toad on Standard kart, and a charging stand for Switch Joy-Cons. ( I observed at least one is without charge when we play...)

What cold weather? It's December and the temps have yet to dip below freezing...even at night.

Mine finished with any assignments left over, and I was able to get more information about my car's work order. All mine need is the new axle to arrive, the control arm bolt set came in Saturday so all that I need to begin is a 33mm socket to wrench out the old axle nut...

If I can swap out the parts and confirm they're set, I want to take my car to shop and request an alignment. It'll be my last chance to cut the cost for a procedure I can do myself.

I'll be content getting my figure back, as for the commission I'm losing interest whether it's finished ATM.

The artist I'm referring to is who I commissioned to interpret one of my Vioran characters. But as of today, it has been a full year so I'm practically demanding results. I asked my friend to arrange for a meeting after finals to see what is going on.

And I'm also finished with my car's repairs, the axle came in two hours ago, and I just went to work. I did the process as I learned, checking every nut and bolt three times over. I won't make a test drive until tomorrow, but not after rechecking. My last necessary job for my car is a possible alignment on campus, if allowed...

sounds like a fun time out with friends. I have not had that for many years. Maybe 30, at a friend’s second wedding. Long time ago. But the other stuff seems to be coming together for you! I do hope you get your commission back. Someone once gave me a gift here of having a pet page done up by an artist. I had to give it back. I hope they refunded hee money to her!
