Today I enjoyed homemade chocolate birthday cake with triple chocolate ice cream!

Today, I love rainy days! <3

I really like the sound of the ocean and the smell of the salt air. Feeling kinda down today as we've spoke with a real estate agent today to start the process of selling my mom's house that is near the coast in NJ and once it's gone we'll not have a place to call home anywhere near the shore. I am going to miss being near the ocean. Hoping tomorrow the weather will be nice enough so after we chat with another agent we can grab a glimpse of the sea.

Aug 4th Today I enjoyed goofing off and doing nothing It's nice to do nothing 😂

I enjoy wearing shorts! They're nice and open for warm summer days~ (And still have pockets!)

Today I'm enjoying lying in bed with the heater on before getting up. It's bitterly cold out there. :o

I love listening to Sara Vaughan. Such a lovely jazz voice. contented sigh I could listen to her all day long. OH!! And Mildred Bailey! I do love me some jazz!

Tonight there’s going to be a thunderstorm where I live and I’m very excited about that :3 I love storm season. A little nervous for how much worse climate change is going to make the flooding over the next few decades. I live somewhere that gets pretty much zero natural disasters, we usually just have to deal with 6 feet of snow in the winter. But the past 2 winters have been strangely warm. Today’s post turned into a speech about weather lmao my bad

I enjoy cooking... but cooking don't enjoy me XD everytime I try to do something... end up in the garbage ;(

Day 6 I love restocking the main shops! Idk why I just find it relaxing.

Dunno if these really count as books! But I have been reading a lot of Miwa Shirow's artist notes etc for his art books (his art pieces for FGO's versions of Sigurd and Brynhildr are super gooood among other works!!) and reading Blue Period's latest manga in Japanese too!

ig I can add that my favorite webcomics would include Cucumber Quest for sure and Paranatural ! Do be aware of spoilers, but the coloring for these later pages are so 👍

I enjoy watching the animals in my backyard. I have rabbits, birds, chipmunks, skunks, field mice......and more.
