And one more tinkering on me car...I found the source of a coolant leak. The thermostat housing wasn't tightened correctly. I don't know if this component requires any specific torque, I put in as much as I could considering the tight space in the engine compartment.

I believe this weekend begins our intense three week long take on front brakes and calipers. I'll take my old rotors to suggest turning those.

The instructor has asked the class to bring in as many vehicles for shop work. Brake work is the preferred, I suppose any job will be allowed as well. I may ask a friend about their SUV's pending job. I think the greatest obstacle would be the window for shop hours.
