Lost my Magic(al)! I was on 3 or 4 when I was last able to log on and check yesterday, but not sure when it happened as I gave up trying to play last night due to slow internet and/or site lag.

Same thing just happened to me, I had the next to last stage of Delicate and now it’s gone :/

I think I over wrote my Delicate skin strain and not sure if I got it all before the glitch or not.

my strain (delicate) finished after they were added to the wardrobe (5:46 subeta time), but i did not receive an alert and the skin is not unlocked in my wardrobe -- do i count as one of the people who "lost them when they were not in the wardrobe" or will i need to do a separate ticket of some kind?

I'm in the same boat, never got an alert and no skin in wardrobe.

Ugh, I was infected a few hours ago, now I'm not.

if we lost our first strain then opted for the sped up new random strain, and we got the same one, should we do anything or are we just out of luck?

yup, I lost mine too, I had Magical going, but when I checked a few minutes ago it was gone, and I don't have it unlocked in my wardrobe. Kinda bummed out 'cause I was hoping to do some major catching up on strains this year and now I've lost 2 days of it. I just signed up for Delicate, hope this doesn't happen again...

Same thing happened to me! Went to bed with stage 5 delicate and logged back in to see it was cured </3 Just signed up for a new strain and hoping for the best.

I had Sickura - Delicate, and lost it after stage 5

I had magical and lost it at some point- came back today to a blank ha and no skin unlock

Thanks for the update. When the net is widened, what if we are not caught in that one? Can we move on and try for another strain or will that eliminate our ability to regain the first strain that was lost? A quick post in the news would have help the need to search through a 15 page forum for answers. Thanks again.

I have it (Delicate - Sickura) in my wardrobe, but I am not getting credit for it. I was on Stage 5 when I logged out, then nothing was on my HA when I logged back in today. Does this include those of us in this category?

My strain was taken from me, I’m about to see if it unlocked or if it’s just gone :c

Edit: It didn’t unlock at all. I made it to stage four crystals. Ugh.
