Just a note guys that we are aware of this issue and are looking into it!

I wish I could answer that question but I am not sure what the programmers are going to do. I will mention the snowball thing in case that is the issue.

You do have one. If you look at your base here (note it will lag on loading and we are working on that), it is on your chest, just very small.

EVERYONE ELSE! There indeed was a problem with snowballs and those have been disabled for the time being. The programmers are looking into what to do, but for now please go ahead and sign back up.

It may not have been the only thing that happened. We tested the snowballs on a staff member that just started and it did erase hers. I know that the programmers are trying to get the site a bit more stable before they work on what to do in response to the lost time. I wish I had more information for everyone!

Please do not send tickets regarding the missing skins. They have a backup of all the users that are missing theirs.

Yes! I know they added the new strains so they will go through now :D they are just working on getting the strains to the ones that lost them when they were not in the wardrobe. Thank you for confirming it is fixed!

Hello again, everyone! We're working on the issues with the skins unlocking, and have been able to send out fixed skins to a small number of users effected.

We're broadening the net to a little bit before when we ran the script, and will run it again, hoping to catch a larger group of y'all who don't have it in your wardrobe.

We're going to give everyone CSC & extend the holiday once we've got this sorted, and are aiming for another update tomorrow afternoon (it's a jewish hoiday tonight!)

Since this has been resolved going forward and there was a news post, I am going to lock this up!
