Good to know this is sitewide, was wondering why my stage 3 Magical was gone this morning. :S Oh well, hope this Grainy sticks!

I lost stage 5 of Magical today. I saved my HA and then poof it gooone. I think I'll try one of the previous years strands instead.

Well that stinks. Signed up for a new strain, but I hope that I will still get the one that was done/nearly so.

Honestly I woke up thinking my skin would be done today but then it's magically gone haha. I had Queasea which was mildly annoying but oh well. I guess I can pick another one now and hopefully it works this time.

Just wanted to comment here so I don't get lost in the masses...I lost my delicate strand...I was on stage 5 when I went to bed and woke up and was normal....so I guess I'm picking another strain and hoping the first one I got gets restored.

I thought I was going nuts, had Magical strain on stage 5, got home from work and I'm no longer infected? I just started over again but frustrated to say the least.

Stage 5 of Delicate, poof. Gone. I hope it can be granted retroactively...

I hit stage 5 Delicate last night. Got online just now, and poof, not infected... I hope this gets solved soon. Just got myself reinfected with it via the immediate infection option; fingers crossed for this time around.

I also lost my Magical strain throughout the day...guess I'll pick another strain and hope it gets restored at some point. A bit disappointing though.

What should we do if we get the same strain? :s

did you pay for a new random/instant one? unfortunately the only option is to pay 1m to cancel and try again. if there are any older strains you want, maybe play it safe + sign up for one of those and ask for bites; it looks like it's going to be a while before anyone can bite for this year's strains.

My my this is a terrible thing to lose, no worries though, I'm sure the Staff are working tirelessly to get most of us through this strange "rallying before death" bug we're suffering through. I have lost my own Yggdrakill skin, but I'm not too worried at the moment. Hopefully we'll have more information come in a few hours. It wouldn't be Survival without a few bugs!

lost my strain sometime today - had delicate! just picked grainy now but i will be kinda annoyed if staff doesnt let us claimed the "poofed" skin

I lost my new Magical strain sometime today. I was watching it progress and it should have finished. But now it is not showing as unlocked in wardrobe skins, and I'm just hanging out in my underwear, without any sign of infection. I don't know if I should get another, or wait or what?

Edit: I did not want to miss out on getting another strain this year, so I went with delicate. This is my second attempt at getting a virus strain. I really wish I had magical but it's still not showing up 3 hours later. Hope they fix this.

I also lost mine... I had chose the 25,000 for any new strain option, had been told I was matched with a specialist... never could see strain progress as HA's weren't loading. Today I noticed the HA's were loading, but I saw no progress. (It was the first day of surviving I had been infected, during the worst of the lag... it took me 3 tries to get to the next page saying I had paid and would be matched) Went back to Gunner's page and saw it showed the page to choose. I chose the 25k option again, and if all is well going forward I am not worried about missing the first one... but hopefully it won't be a continuing issue.
