Returning user here after many years. Like 8 or 9 asfhjkl; Base avatar skin and hairstyle won't show? Plz help?
Reya asked me to post this issue here: I purchased a Delish Bask Hair Serum, redeemed it, but when I went to the hair salon to use it, every time I try to click on it, the entire page goes blank. I can't go back or refresh the page or anything. I have to go back to Subeta's homepage and go back into the wardrobe. But the same thing happens every time I attempt to select it. This has been going on since November, so I'd honestly just prefer to have the CSC returned to my account, and have the item removed from my wardrobe. This sounds like a long time issue, and if that's the case I'd rather spend the CSC on something I can use now rather than something I may not be able to use for a while.

Hey it seems there was a little misunderstanding. I think after asked you if your entire wardrobe was blanking, or just the hair salon, it was misunderstood to be your entire wardrobe and hence you were redirected to this thread.
However this thread is only for when the entire wardrobe does not work. From the OP:

<li>Your wardrobe is completely unusable (for instance, it shows an error or is a blank white page)</li>
</ul>
<p>Please post here if you have one (or both) of those issues. Please do NOT post here for general wardrobe problems, problems where only a section of the wardrobe is broken, or other problems with the avatar image (like items not showing up, pages showing an outdated avatar, etc)
So for your hair salon issue, it's fine to keep that on the original bug report since it is only affecting that section of the wardrobe. As for ETA on fixes for hair salon reports, and why we have not been responding to individual hair salon related reports, it was all explained here: Programmers Status Update!

The base wasn't showing up before and I couldn't set a hairstyle but it looks like it's working now :) thanks!

Same problem as
I am unable to use my wardrobe. It's completely white.
I use google chrome. I wasn't gonna report the issue because I thought it was
something that would clear up on it's own since everyone was having wardrobe issues.
But my sister and boyfriend said they can both access their wardrobes just fine.
Edit - Thanks. It's working now.
returning user here, I'm not sure if this is the correct place, but help :( I can't edit my base in the wardrobe. Every time I click in it the page goes blank. It also happens with hairstyles when I click on them - it appears a "loading" image then it goes white. It happens using the browser Opera and using the Safari.
