I'm using my iPhone with safari and I can get anywhere on the site but wardrobe. It attempts to load and gets about 1/6 then stops. I don't even get a blank page it stays on the page I was looking at I just know it attempts to load because the top shows a blue line.
My avatar skin base doesn't load. The items and hair and everything else loads fine, but my skin doesn't load.
My avatar isn't showing. The clothes show up on a blank background.

Your avatars should be fixed now :)
If you're still able to access the wardrobe normally from other devices, this is probably not an issue we can help with, I'm afraid. I find my iPhone regularly breaks on Javascript-heavy pages, just because it's not that powerful. You could try a different phone browser if possible, I find Firefox and Chrome have better performance than Safari so it might work better on those.

I can't get in wardrobe from my computer either... using firefox esr... says connection has timed out as an aside and Not sure if related or not I am unable to get to anybody's CW shop to buy something
Could you help with my wardrobe too? I'm a returning user. It seems to break when I try to change the base. I can equip other items with no issue though
Welcome back to the site! You should be able to access things now.

Are you able to take a screenshot, or copy-paste the exact error message it says, when you try from a computer?

my iphone says "safari could not open page because server stopped responding"
Hm, this seems similar to the problem reported by recently. I wonder if it started for both of you at the same time. and I are taking a closer look on our end. In the meantime, - would you mind sharing the temporary workaround you mentioned? It might be able to help other users for now, and maybe shed some light on the issue.

Actually I fixed it myself by going into our Comcast account settings and turning off our advanced security. Like I mentioned before our internet provider was specifically blocking the wardrobe page. They can do this for any reason and it’s not uncommon nor will they simply just unblock any website they block for you because it’s up to the internet provider to weed out web pages they find shifty and block them. It’s nothing to do with firewall, my connection, IP, router, or anything like that and it wouldn’t surprise me if it Does happen to others in the future because like I mentioned it is up to the internet provider to decide what web pages to auto block, not the customer. They were probably blocking a tracker but. shrugs
Also just to be clear, no one has to leave the house to check from their phone if this is a problem. If you have data from your cellphone service, try turning that ON and turning your Wifi OFF. If the wardrobe loads not connected to your internet, your internet blocked the wardrobe. Simple.
I also have Comcast lbut verizon with my phone however they can use the Wi-Fi from Comcast so maybe I'll turn that off and just go straight to Verizon and see if that works .let me try to do some fixes from my end too
It's probably them I assume, which also means this is on Subeta's end and unfortunately not ours. Try turning off your advanced security and trying again. I'm hoping the best for you genuinely.
I was able to get a wardrobe and other areas using my cell phone data and not using the Wi-Fi from Comcast so I'm blaming the entire thing on Comcast I'm actually not sure at the time how to change that except use cell phone data however I'll be working on it thank you both for your help
The data thing was my saving grace honestly until I could figure it out lolol. What you want to do is specifically log into your comcast account via xfinity.com with your log in and password, then disable the Advanced Security feature in xfinity by navigating to More and selecting My Services. From here, select Disable under xfinity Advanced Security and follow the on screen prompts.
I hope this helps a little more, this is a genuinely frustrating problem. Also the only reason Comcast is blocking the wardrobe page is truly for your safety. As is keeping your firewall up. No one should have to that to get the wardrobe to load. The issue is in the coding, there's something in there that Comcast doesn't find user friendly.
