Hi! I've been seeing the blank white wardrobe page since I created this account back in August. I haven't reported before because thought it might be temporary and haven't been playing too much, but was wondering if there's any fix to this because I'd love to use the feature and the site more! I'm currently using Google Chrome version 87 on a Macbook (MacOs X).
Oh no! Thank you for letting us know. I've just fixed some glitches in your avatar data, which I'm hoping will resolve the issue - could you please let me know if the wardrobe works for you now? If it still having an error, or if you got a different error, please let me know and we'll keep at it :)

Hello , I am having the same issue as ! All I can update is my eyes/nose/mouth - when I click hair, the site goes white and I cannot save/customize. My skin also appears separate, but can't be saved. I have been a member for a while with many phases of avatars/wardrobes, so hopefully it's a code issue as well. Thank you in advance! :)

Edit: Actually I just went to update my HA and although it's a lot less buggy, as soon as I click a hairstyle the screen goes white and I can't do anything. Am I doing something wrong?
Hi! I'm brand new here, I just made an account today and was going through the tutorial, which made me go to the wardrobe, and I'm getting the same hair issue that's been mentioned in this thread.
I can change skins and face details just fine, but when I click any hair, the page shows a 'loading' animation for about a second and then goes to a white blank page. I've tried in chrome and edge, both do the same thing. Should I create a ticket, or how does this work?

If I go to customize my avatar, I see the two base models. It lets me add clothing, but the body lacks eyes and a mouth. If I click "base," I get a completely blank screen. If I open the wardrobe again, it asks me to log into the site when I've already logged in as well.
No, unfortunately there are some major issues with the hair salon (you can see most of the bug reports in this subforum are about it), which we have been working on a major update to fix. Most people can still use it to some extent, but if it is not working for you right now, unfortunately I recommend just avoiding it until the big fix is done. We are aiming to get the fix done by February. Our apologies for the inconvenience D: - Pinging you because the paragraph above should answer your question as well. Welcome to Subeta btw!

no worries, thank you for the explanation! I play sporadically so I feel like I'm always learning what's going on (last time was the retirement of legacy shops haha).

Hello, I haven't been on here in a long time, and it appears that my avatar image is broken now. It used to be a zombie, undead, walker, whatever you might call it, so it would be cool if I could keep that look :3

You should be good now - thanks for reaching out :) And welcome back!
[edit] The image is fixed but could still show up broken to you due to browser cache. You can fix it by clearing browser cache, or going into the wardrobe and clicking "wear" (you don't have to change your outfit first)
