Hey all - If you got a message in the wardrobe about not being logged in, this was due to site lag.
At this point, the site lag should be resolved! However, if you run into this again - either now or in the future - here is what you can do: Try keeping the page open and just waiting for up to 10 seconds. It is likely that, if you give it a little time, it will show your user information and work correctly after a few seconds. If it does fix itself for 10 seconds, please wait a few minutes and try again by refreshing the entire page.
If your issue was not resolved with Survival-related issues, or if you currently still have a glitched/broken avatar image, please post again and ping me, and I will help you out tomorrow <3

Hello! I'm a returning user from 2015 with a broken avatar image. Thank you! :D
I haven’t been able to use the wardrobe properly since survival began. I am completely stuck on the “Could not connect to server. NSURLErrorDomain” page and my wardrobe never loads.
I am experiencing an issue with the wardrobe and the new.subeta.net sites. The wardrobe opens to a white page in Chrome and Firefox. The other pages do the same. Thank you for your hard work!

Yes I’m still having this problem. And yes, so far I’ve tried Firefox and Chrome on two different devices (my phone and laptop).
If you like, I can reset your avatar to see if that works but you would lose your outfit and have to put it back on. Let me know if you want me to try it!

No I’m still not able to use the wardrobe.
I reset Mochi's avatar to see if that would allow them to use it. They are still getting an error. “Could not connect to server. NSURLErrorDomain”

Could you please provide a screenshot of this "Could not connect to server. NSURLErrorDomain" page?
I've never seen this error before, and I don't think it originates from Subeta. An online search says this is an error that can happen on iOS/Apple devices, and that it may have to do with your firewall settings. I hope this information can help point you in the right direction. If you can provide a screenshot of the error, I might be able to find more helpful info for you. From what I'm reading online, this error might also have an error code (a number) that would tell us more about the issue.

The issue isn’t just on my iphone though, so I’ll provide screen shots/images from what I’m seeing on every browser/device I can. Will need a few minutes to do so and I’ll edit my post.

The wardrobe either doesn’t load and gives me a server error for Subeta for taking too long to load Or it brings me to a blank, unusable wardrobe that doesn’t load.
Ah, I see, thank you. This looks like an issue with your internet connection, not with Subeta, so my ability to help will be limited.
I would try the steps in the error message: "Check the proxy and firewall" and try the Windows diagnostic tool. I'm not familiar with either, but if you click those links, you can get more information. This is likely an issue with your router's firewall, but I am not sure. If you are really unsure, you could try resetting your router to its factory default settings, or contacting your ISP for more help.
To test this theory, you can try connecting with a different connection if you are able - such as a friend's wifi, or public wifi. If it works on other wifi but not at home, then it's something to do with your internet settings at home.

I tested a few things. It looks like Comcast (the internet provider I use) is specifically blocking the wardrobe on Subeta. Idk why. I guess I'll continue to use a temporary fix because there's nothing I could do on my end about this. Thanks.
