Eldritch abomination wearable items? We've got items that can fulfill this purpose already, but my goodness, we need more. Monster parts! I need teeth, eyes, and spooky flesh limbs in all the places they shouldn't grow!

I also liked the idea of more pointed ears. I think short tips like or long like in more colors would be useful in making monsters or aliens... Maybe even some tattered with a notch or hole in them.
