As far as I know if you have the discount card in your inventory and buy from an NPC .. main shop ... shop you should get the discount. Does not work with a users shop.

Thanks I wondered if it being in the inventory was what I need to do. I didnt figure it would work with users shops.

So weird question, how do you get the newest clothes and some of the halloween stuff to go on? if you can still see your arms on some of it and you can still see you bottom half on the ghost leg thing.
