stuff I'm definitely missing so far just for personal reference

I can't even remember the names of half of the cws I own. this is a clusterfuck and a half.

[edit] so, I can load the wardrobe again but I don't even know what's missing because I can't remember the names of everything I had. I haven't even looked at most of the normal/sp wears yet.

The fact that a user had to ping the user base in order to get the news across... Sorry, that doesn't go well with me. I never would have seen this otherwise.

And I have ten thousand + items in my wardrobe, with LOTS of cash shop items (luckily not many CW items), no way in hell I'll remember even 1 that could possibly be missing. This is (insert bad word here). The fact that you don't even check if back-ups are being made is really hard to understand. Very disappointed right now.

thank you for the update, appreciate it a lot. i know that dealing with issues like this is both difficult and kind of thankless. it is a huge mess, which i'm sure you and the other staffmembers are well aware of, but jut wanted to express my thanks for your updates, the assurance that everything that can be done about cws, will be done, and that you guys take this as seriously as we do. thank you again for updating us, and i hope these problems dont keep you working all night :/

I have absolutely no idea how many items I have in my wardrobe... I have a lot and I have managed to get a nice collection of CWs too. Besides that the wardrobes only work randomly now.

Color me majorly pissed off.

OMG! I do not know what CW's and sP items I have lost as I have trouble getting either of the new or old wardrobe to load for me now. The update from Bug gives me hope! Thank you!

thank you for taking the time to respond & fill us in better, bug. and ik it's a little petty (this isn't the right word but my brain is turned off atm), but i really do appreciate getting an apology from staff & taking ownership of the situation - so thank you extra for that.

otherwise, it's given me some peace of mind knowing that it's not random items missing - it's all the same items we're all missing. that's at least easier to piece back together, and...significantly less stomach-dropping. still a lot of work, unfortunately, but i love y'all in-thread that are already starting to compile lists. 💖 thank you sm for that effort yo

Ohh, ok so I am not blind, I wouldn’t have known about this if I didn’t see your post, hugs.

saw that some things are not in there, but to be honest I have no idea what I am missing, I am sad, hope they manage to do something though, even rolling the site a week would help, I saw in comments that people said about log pages, that will help, the same with gift history, and purchases history, it has to be somewhere this info, and maybe can help add things in the wardrobe.

Hope you manage to resolve this, I’ll check to see if I remember things.

But wouldn’t a start be to check the last backup and add those?? Would add back I am sure a huge amount of missing items.

Now that I think about it, I think the telenine fangs and tails might have been affected too. I couldn't find any in the wardrobe yesterday, not even in the items I don't own, and I'm sure I did have some of them.

Is it save to use the wardrobe now? Or is the danger of missing things still there?

: i just want to thank you because you genuinely seem to care about whatever issues we bring to you; you don't only do your best to fix issues, but you try to own up to the fact that they happened. i would like to echo the others who are saying that this should be a news post, and i understand that it will take time to stabilize the issue to avoid unnecessary panic and people yelling at you guys, which i know doesn't do any good. but transparency benefits everyone, and i wanted to take a minute to thank you for what you've done so far ❤️

I myself wouldn't even be able to ad hoc find out, which items are missing from my very tiny wardrobe - a thing I have never used much all through my 13 years here. I feel with all the users with huge wardrobes!

Does that mean, items are missing from wardrobes only or have vanished from site completely, no matter where we all had stored them?

But, I'm sorry, quite honestly, I still feel recovery of the whole site post server move should have had priority all along and happened step by step without holding an intensive event after the other! You didn't give us ANY time to breathe and recover inbetween!This made us users suffer even more, because the site kept breaking, we needed to spend ages here, still couldn't fully participate and finish what we wanted to achieve. Therefore it just caused stress, anger and disappointment. That's not the plan for a game!
