Just... what!? I have well more than 20k items in my wardrobe. Plus more than a couple hundred CWs. I stopped keeping an accurate count a long while ago. I have a fair knowlege of a chunk of my wardrobe but definately not all of it to know everything I might be missing. Plus right now the old wardrobe doesn't work and the new one is just broken images so I can't even look.

In the first post, said they did take a snapshot of the site as it was at the time of posting. So any new items to go missing should be backed up that way at the very least [edit]

I'm apparently missing over 100 regular items; fortunately, I keep track of my collections on SubetaLodge. But I can't know what specifically I'm missing without account-searching all 24k+ wardrobe items I own, and uh...yeah I hope you're going to have a better way of figuring it out than that. This shouldn't be on the users to sort out.

As for CWs, I have no idea because those aren't part of the wardrobe checklist on SL and I never kept track of them. Didn't think I'd have to because I assumed I could trust Subeta to keep my items safe, or at least keep a backup of site data. Oops.

This is pretty distressing. Sure hope you can find some way to make this right, and I mean really right.

It is what it is and I'm only going to offer one of my thoughts, which is, to not know "our backup service provider stopped making backups and we didn't notice because we never need them" is negligent, not to mention stupid.

Thanks I've finally recovered from my anxiety attack. I have always bought my CSC with USD. I owned over 5000 CWs and an inordinate amount of Cash Shop items. If each empty white box on my Cash Shop - Purchase Log represents a deleted item, I have lost a lot of items and a ridiculous amount of USD. My account has 282 purchase log pages.

I know you have a lot to consider, I await your resolution to this debacle.

Everything I check that is gone for someone else is gone for me. I am gutted by this. I'm going to bed and I hope somebody has some kind of solution when I wake up.

Holy carp, I never even realized this is a thing... going to try and figure out if stuff is missing now.

Edit: At first the old wardrobe loaded but the new one did not. Decided to check the old one to see what my CWs were now it won't load. Refreshed the new wardrobe and... nothing.

Really? Since when does Subeta not keep back ups? or is it just the wardrobe that is not backed up? Feeling sick over this... I do not keep track of the items I stick in my wardrobe, and my wardrobe is rather large... I probably won't be able to figure out what is missing :/

Another person with an absolutely massive wardrobe here. I have more than the achievement tiers and do not have an updated subeta lodge checklist of what I had. I think the last time I updated that was 5+ years ago!

As far as CWs go I have a wishlist category that keeps track of what I have and I'm not missing any of them thankfully! (Unless looking in the old wardrobe is not an accurate way of checking?)

I am afraid that I can no longer invest money into this site until this is fixed, I get my stuff back, and steps are taken so that a: this doesn't happen again and b: if it did there is a fail safe.

I really really try hard not to bitch and complain when it comes to this site and all the hard work you guys put in but seriously, this time you REALLY dropped the ball and I think you know that.

100% this. Keith and staff have made some stupid choices and acted just plain dumb in the past, but this is so negligent it isn't even funny.

I don't have a lot of CWs because they aren't my cup of tea, but for people who do I cannot imagine the nightmare this will be. Like others I do not know exactly every item in my wardrobe, and as it's not working/loading right now I cannot get in to check for stuff. But I know I had a lot of Cash Shop items I saved up a load of sp to get or were gifted to me or some such, I know I had otherwise expensive items that may now be gone.

This is unacceptable on a level I cannot even begin to comprehend, compounded by the fact that it's hidden away here in the forums instead of being a proper news post and no pings to site groups to get the word out. It's irresponsible at best, and I do fear that this is just another nail in Subeta's coffin - so many people are out so many items and it will never be completely fixed and now a lot of users, myself included, have simply lost faith that the things we spent so much time, energy, and in some cased irl money on are not going to vanish like this in the future.

I can't even load the wardrobe (either of them) to check if I have any missing stuff. Can't wait to go through ~90 pages of cash shop purchases and account search everything, then try to remember all the cws I own so I can account search them as well.

If each missing image in my purchase log (those missing images go about 11 pages back to the beginning of december) is a missing item then you have a huge problem not just a few missing or deleted items. I buy ALL my CSC with USD and several times a week. I work hard for my money (like all of us) and i don't see how you all are going to make this right without refunding all of us all the lost CSC/CWs . Aside from that it'll take alot to restore our trust in you again though, since you guys didn't even find it necessary to make sure everything was backed up "cause you never needed them" (which shows such a huge lack of concern for your user base). An insurance policy needs to be bought before any disaster strikes, and is always needed.

Does this affect every item that is usable in the wardrobe, even if said item isn't in our wardrobe? I am especially concerned about weapons, some of which double as wearables, and many of which are unobtainable now.

I also have many custom wearables and regular items on pet treasures, and while I do keep track of custom wearables, I have stopped generating back-ups of my data since a few years ago.

Honestly, it is the site's responsibility to provide redundant backups of user data...
