I checked my list of CWs, I am missing these:

I am with everyone very disappointed how this was handled and also how this all started. This bug was reported in the first week of testing in the GA forums, then on the official one with many additional ones, but you still had to release the new wardrobe even though I had no issue the days/few hours before Masquerade started, just why??

Just some CSC compensation is not enough, I want my items back as should other users. Good luck figuring out who is lying, but you've made your bed, now lie in it.

that is amazing im so glad its there yeah I guess Im missing the same item 2 others are missing, its amazing what we as a community can accomplish to be honest.

I know that whatever sp items I have lost are gone for good as I did NOT keep a sheet on that which is super upsetting guess I will have to use a subetalodge login and stuff incase this happens again when they update the wardrobe again,

Is this a joke? You had reports of this while it was in testing and never bothered to address that until now? That is extremely unprofessional.

Welp. There's basically zero way for me to accurately document missing items, since the last update I made to my SubetaLodge list was years ago. I can only hope there's a way to restore things on your end.

i'm seeing thru shared outfits if something might be missing since i don't keep a list anymore... if i stopped keeping track of my cws, which are a few compared to others, imagine sp items.... no idea.

I skimped both forums, but there were some reports of "Hmm, this is missing, is that normal..?" so they knew afaik

damn, i was meaning to make an owned CW list :( guess it's better late than never. i see a few of the cheaper sP items have disappeared from my account, but i too have a lot in my wardrobe and i would have no idea what i'm missing. my SL list hasn't been updated in probably a year or more, so there'd be little point cross-checking with that, and i'd have to really test my memory to remember the CWs and cash shop items that i (should) own, and those items are the ones i'd be most worried about, seeing as i spent actual money on a lot of them. it's super disappointing there's no backup, so i really hope the measures taken means data doesn't go missing like this again. with so much user-data, i would have hoped having active backups would be a higher priority, rather than something that seemingly slipped through the cracks...

i honestly don't know how i feel about this whole debacle. i know staff do their best, and i understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, i just hope we'll be able to get our items replaced.

i will continue to give staff the benefit of the doubt, and wish you guys luck in Fixing This.

They SERIOUSLY knew about this and pushed it anyway? You've GOT to be kidding me, how could they be this stupid? I guess the hours and thousands we pour into this site means NOTHING to them?

Have we established any missing Delish/Vanity items?

Oh gee. I have no way of knowing what got deleted from my wardrobe or not because I have so much stuff in there. A decade worth of holiday items, Subeautique, prizes, and everything else. Would looking at achievement logs help? I know for me at least, I never got rid of any item, so if I have an achievement for it, I owned the item. But ouch. Wow. I have so many expensive items. I pray you can recover that data somehow!

EDIT: I know I owned every single wearable from the Vesnali, Steamworks, New Years, Brewery, Art Museum, Neugarten, Crypts, and Zombie Den as I made a point in collecting those. I had everything from the L'amour Parlor except the bondage stuff from this year. I have every wearable from the Quest shop except what is currently on my wishlist. Same for the Carnival prizes, Five Seven Five, and Bathhouse.

How do I check these items for real? Do I just have to individually go through, say, the Steamworks Menagerie and see if each and every item is still in my account? Then report it here? Or make a ticket about it?

It makes me glad I left my legend weapons in the Battle Dome!

EDIT 2: I'm glad it seems to be the same items missing for everyone. It makes it easier to check. But how do we check if we don't use the subetalodge? Do we literally have to check every item individually in the Account Search option to see if we still have it? (Please answer, someone, if there is an easier way.)

I'm confused, is the a per-user chance of missing items, or a site-wide thing where we'd all be missing the same ones?

I've been on this site for 15 years and have a massive amount of items that I really haven't kept a list of... it'd be nearly impossible for me to figure out what I might be missing. The seems to be one that a lot of people are reporting though so I checked and, sure enough, it was gone from my wardrobe. Hopefully it's the same items for everyone that were deleted and not random... that might make things a bit easier to fix. I can't seem to get the old wardrobe to load right anymore but my CWs all seem to be there in the new version.

Has anyone else noted to you that the tree ornaments seem to be showing up in the wardrobe? I just noticed that I have a bunch of these in there:

And all the letter ornaments too at least. I see them on the organize section of the wardrobe.

I am confused. So lots of items are just.. gone.. from my account? :( What kind of items are affected? Most recent ones? Older ones?

What makes this more worrying is not everyone is missing the same things because I saw someone else missing their capre lips but mine are fine and Frafty isnt missing the acorn. I'm missing Orange Tabby Friendly Thumbed Feline Companion but Silvanesti isn't.

I have to agree with here. I have over 15K items in my wardrobe.. how am I suppose to know if something is missing? It does not help that item names on here tend to be creative, and hard to remember in the first place. I guess whatever items is missing is lost forever, because there is just no way I can go through it all and remember 15K + items. I rather have lag than this mess to be honest. I guess I will at least look through my cws, as I dont have a huge collection of those and remember a lot of them.

This...really sucks haha. I wish I'd kept up on keeping an owned CW list. All my CWs seem to be there, (or at least the rare/expensive ones) but my memory isn't great.

This explians weird "add to wardrobe" options. I have to go through and check via SL it seems I am missing a few CW but I have no idea which ones. I dont keep track.

I'm also missing most of the things that people have added here, I'd like to say that I think this has been going on for quite a while because about a month ago I noticed that my was missing from my account so I bought another and just checked and it's gone again.

I deleted all but three items off my cw owned list back in December, in preparation for the pawn shop opening. What a mess.
