Sorry guys, I'm out. Between work and my little boy I haven't had the time or patience to meet my word count for the past three days. I'll keep trying, but the 50k is probably not going to happen this year. Good luck to everyone who is hanging in there!

- Yeah, RL gets in the way sometimes. I'm about 20k behind myself, debating just giving up and finally unpacking some boxes. But I can't seem to motivate myself to write the rest of the year, so I feel like I need to truck on.

That's too bad, you guys! Still, though, you got a ton of writing done when it might not have gotten done, so congrats!

Just finished 50k words. Whoo. Story's not done, but I am. At least for the next few days! I need a typing break!

I'm at 42k and probably won't finish but hey I wrote 42k (will definitely get at least to 45k!)

Hit 50k with so much still left to write but hey. I am once more officially 50/50 for wins and losses in my NaNo history and I am celebrating by...going to bed. Good luck to those in the home stretch, congrats to those who've finished, and cheers to those who have struggled and had more important things in need of their attention this year.

: Congratulations! I'm glad you made it! I only managed to finish yesterday by pulling 5600 words out of a hat during a post-Thanksgiving coma. Now with Inktober 2019 and NaNoWriMo 2019 out of the way, maybe I can get on with my life and be more active on Subeta....

Well, I failed spectacularly this year, barely made 25k, but that's 25k more than I had at the beginning of the month. Hopefully since I'm feeling less burnt out I will be able to work more on it this month and in the future.

And to any writers out there who want a little motivation or people to chat with to discuss writting etc throughout the year, last year I made this little group # wrimo (not gonna ping them here: link to group) which stands for Writing Motivation. We would love to have more people to bounce iddeas off of etc.

: My dear! You didn't fail, you wrote 25K words, that's spectacular! Nobody can ever take those 25K words away from you. You may not have reached the goal of 50K, but you wrote, and that's a lot more than many people write ever, and you did it in a month.

I say, Congratulations to all of you who attempted the NaNoWriMo Challenge. That, in and of itself is quite an accomplishment.

Wow November flew by, so excited for all of you that finished your masterpieces :) and for those of you who gave it a shot and wrote some words down!

Likewise, congratulations to everyone who wrote any words.

I didn't manage to write 50k by myself, but my 50k project did get completed in November thanks to a final-week collaborator who wrote 8k of the story and we finished it on Nov 30th at 52k!

- I know, but this is only the second time of 10 times doing nano that I have failed, and the other time I failed I wrote 46k words, so I feel not very accomplished. But also not feeling burnt out like I do most years. :)
