Sounds like that strategy is working well so far! As you go higher in tiers and battles last longer, you will develop new strategies and weapons.

As for boosters, it's up to you how fast you want your pet to gain levels. I boosted to beginning T10 when my pet was T7 because it was when the tier system was first put in place and I couldn't use 90% of my armory at the time. If you are saving funds for when you can afford better weapons and scrolls, then you could hold off on boosting. Continuing to save your boosters until you are ready for them. If instead you find that you could beat an opponent if you just had a little more health,strength, defense, or speed then it is worth using your boosters to beat that opponent. A lot of the times this kind of scenario plays out for event challengers that only come at a certain time during the year and you have the equipment to beat them, just not the stats.

You could tell her I think it's funny that she was planning a gotcha to keep us from stomping all over him within a couple days but instead she just has a broken challenger unlock. Or maybe she'll read me being snarky here.

I think shortening it to three days would be a fair compromise. But maybe they should add a link or something for us to click on like the mechanic used in the Bathhouse?

Lol it makes sense what his unlock should be, considering his fear. It's a bummer that it still isn't working properly though. 5-6 days seems a bit long to begin with though, I think 3 days sounds a bit more reasonable too.

But anyway, hopefully it can all be fixed soon and we'll be able to unlock him. I think has hinted at him being a tough opponent as well, so it would be cool to have another Extremely Hard or Impossible one.

I just hope we don't have to wait another 5-6 days in order to unlock for real-sy this time. I'm sad the unlock method hasn't gone the way Amber wanted it to. Man, Lukien must really be that terrified.

I frequently stalk this board. I don't ever post but someone posted a few weapon for the Maliss bopper and it worked! Only got 1 win but yay. I also was able to unlock some challengers with the 1st post links :) My battle pet is my Poky. He just hit teir 11 yesterday.

My strat was swash + helmet first turn, double blast second turn. If he froze second turn, then I used Cronus + Natasha to boost and generate steal fodder. I was too lazy to mod with bona. After that i used swash + MW + infinite use scroll since I didn’t have enough freezing scrolls to chain freeze him. I would do something like infinite scroll- infinite scroll - freeze - unstable fairy to attempt another freeze. Once he was in range for me to chain freeze (about 10k health since I have high speed) then I would just freeze him to death with whatever I had left.

I was modded with my standard parched baguettes and crit strike crystals. I did not steal intentionally. MW has a chance to do that.
