Anyway Lukien should finally be fixed, huzzah If you have been working on getting him as a challenger, visit his shop again to unlock him.
If you haven't, well, the unlock method should be working properly from here on out for whenever you do want to unlock him :)
And again, sorry for all the problems we had with this challenger >.<

Well, eventually I will be able to defeat him (in approximately 3 years). lol
I just visited his shop for several days in a row and today I got him as a challenger. Have you been visiting every day for several days? I also randomly purchased items from him but not sure that has anything to do with it.
