I like to go to high tea in lolita clothes on my birthday.

In terms of party ideas--I am kind of boring, I really like tea parties a lot more than most other kinds of parties (I don't really enjoy being around drunk people) but other types of parties I like are movie nights, and dancing. Costume parties are always a favourite as well.

One of the best birthday parties I ever went to was for an adult, but it was at a kids' themed restaurant with a ball pit and games, later in the evening when most of the little ones were going. It was a riot.

Okay, so some of you may think this is weird but here goes! My themed party idea is West Virginia! I'm born & raised in WV & now live in Ohio but I'm a true Mountaineer through & through! I really miss my home state more than I ever thought I would! It's become so much more special to me than it ever was! It's my roots, my childhood, my memories..

WV colors are gold & blue! So here's my HA: Private Outfit Btw the reason for the background on my HA is because it's called Country Road & just like the WV state song says: "Country roads, take me home, to the place I belong, West Virginia, mountain mama, take me home, country roads..." Party details below!

So, my favorite themed birthday party is a little girl's dress up birthday party, so of course it is a little over the top (outrageous outfits, formal gloves and too much jewelry). Outfit Not Found

This is the perfect contest! We are celebrating my son's birthday today as he was with his father on his actual birthday (September 15th). He's 11 now and in Jr. High. This morning he said to me "Do you want to know what is scary?" I said "what?" He said "In 3 years, I will be in High School." I said "That is scary for me too." XD
