Here is my entry for the "Ride of Silence."
Private Outfit I went with LGBT+ silence. As a member of the community, days like these are important to me for awareness and activism. I wanted my avatar to depict the silence aspect, the mask representing that and how many students aren't represented or supported fairly. But, I also wanted to show how love and individuality and identity blossoms forward, with the bright colors on black, and the glowing heart and the heart on the mask. ❤️

Silence seems to me to honor those who aren't here with us to share their voices. When we are silent, we can hear them in our hearts.
I just read some of your favorite books on the thread "World Book Day". I stopped when I read that you like "Girl With a Pearl Earring". My husband had such a memory from that book that he just had to do the painting of her. I've just never heard of anyone else mention the book or even reference the girl that I had to say something about how really comforting it made me feel. I'm so glad you enjoyed it too. <3
If I had time and creativity, I was going to do Ray Bradbury's "The Martian Chronicles" that I read when I was 12 yrs. old.

aww did you? I’m glad :D oh well there are international players on here so they might talk about books in their language x) i don’t know though I didn’t view other responses haha I almost want to talk about a book that I read in chinese (my home language) but it’s complicated lol

yea tis what I mean. The content of the book is fun hehe, but the word usage and sentence structures are pretty advanced.
