i specifically pick contests that are (prize) for (x kisses)! i love the art ones the most, 'cause i can't usually afford to commission people with Actual Currency but i'm happy to spend my free time trading kisses for a cute sketch or bit of writing :3 but 'cause i love camping out in one person's thread at a time, i neglect my "get (kiss/dance)" achievements... if they decide to bump up the tiers again i might have to run my own kisses for wizard tokens board, haha

I am having a contest myself, where hopefully everyone that participates gets a prize. Giving out like 23 prizes? lol!! I hope it is a success. I did the most tot's last event and it nearly killed me and I barely placed lol!! I hope there are lot of prize for x amount as well. I also like to stick to one forum. Its easier that way.

Waiting got my first Survival on Subeta.

I'm hoping it starts Thursday night/Friday morning and let me tell you why.

It's purely because I don't work on Fridays, and if I hear back from the apartment I applied to this weekend, I won't have to use that day off to scope out other apartments. I'd love to get a nice weekend headstart on smoochin' and ... infectin'?

I am just pretty bummed because I have a Masq outfit already saved, but have been super uninspired for Survival??? Hurts my feelies. I'm not even super in love with my current one. As I'm typing this, I'm just staring at and I love it I am so jealous

I expect it'll start Friday, the 16th... I've been anticipating it since last week, though, and I'd be so happy if it started today instead! Who knows, staff could surprise us~ Trying not to get my hopes TOO up, though... But it's bound to start sooner or later! ♥

I have such a strong aversion to gore and I hate the idea of zombies in general, I get major nightmares... But somehow still my favorite part ends up being the virus strains! I have trypophobia and one year ended up with one that I couldn't even look at, but watching as the strains develop into something is so fun. I love the surprise of it! Can't wait to have that again. Second to that I can't wait to see the new Parlor items, I love cute pink things ;-;

Whatever day it does start, it will probably be sometime in the evening (like 5 or 6 pm Subeta time). That's when most of the annual events have been starting for the past couple of years at least, from what I remember.

Things usually get added to the Item Directory an hour or two before that though, so if you want you can have a separate tab open and sort it by time added on the last page to see if anything new gets put in there. That is, if you don't mind being spoiled about the items ahead of time, although you'd be seeing them in the shops not long after anyway.

Have to say, my body is ready. I'll be checking the ID every so often to see if I get an event heads up, though I think it's pretty likely that the event will start in the evening one of these nights. (See my timeline writeup on pg 1.) That being said, tonight marks the start of my 4 nights of busyness (though tomorrow is the only day that I really can't be checking.

I've had trouble remembering the days so it came as a shock that today was the 14th and still no word on Survival. I even made this HA in anticipation (and trying to get people's opinions on it but the HA rating area is p much dead). Ah well, hopefully it will start this evening and go for at least a week. It's such a beloved event here ❤️
