i got the same error {SQL Error

INSERT INTO user_items (id,userid,itemid) VALUES ('',650762,)} as jimmy trying to do Cinthia, tried three times and all three times my items for it disappeared.

i'm not too worried about the items, tickets are to much a pain, i would just like to finish the quest :D

The site is soooo slow I can barely do stuff

Yup has been for days seems like it's not being fixed unable to do anything today

A bit sad to see that the lightning speed after the latest server update seems like it's not actually consistent at all... It's far from the same speed anymore and it's not even been a week after the update.

So the SQLS have been contained, and I can go back to using items again? I almost lost the horn of famine because of the errors. Didn't know they were happening. I didn't, it's in my wardrobe, but it was scary.

The site is also incredibly slow... Painful to do anything. Is it because of all the people who are on?

It is pretty much unplayable. I have so much I want to do. Bummer.

And now getting 403s saying that i don't have permission to enter the site? What causes that?

Got the SQL Error a couple times, got a few 404 about pages not being on the server :c

I don't get errors... but for the last few days the site is soooooo sloooowwww. Almost impossible to play. Can't that be fixed?

We do work on it almost every day. Our efforts on ongoing, I can assure you it's not being ignored :)

[edit] Also, sometimes the site is really fast for me. Other times it lags a lot but only intermittently. This is because we have 7 servers and the speed you get can vary based on how overloaded the specific server you hit is at the time.

.. thanks and I fully understand the server issue because right after I posted for the first time the site got a normal speed. I want this server! LOL

Unfortunately, it's just not something that can be fixed overnight. It's more like something we have to chip away at bit by bit, so it's not likely that you'll see an immediate, huge improvement, more like smaller improvements which add up over time. And actually, our work has already begun to pay off. The site's had about 1500 people online on average for the past few days - which is a lot more than I've seen in the past few months! - and it's actually handling it really well. The New Years stuff started without extended outages, and often you will even get normal or fast speeds. Just a few months ago, that kinda traffic would take us down for hours. This is not to say we don't still have problems - just that we are making progress. :)
