LOL My consultation rates are very reasonable, I accept lobster (Maine), catnip and csc, but it would be a lot of fun, so I'd be willing to waive consulting fee for the challenge. Here Juvenile diabetes is a big issue especially within certain ethnicities, but I agree that restrictions against sugary foods is almost a guerentee that they'll crave/binge when opportunity presents itself and Mom isn't there to waggle her finger about a couple of M&Ms. Younger parents go to either one extreme (Sugar Police) or being super permissive. Another factor is that with a need for 2 incomes, parents come home tired and its easier to buy something for their kid or feed them something rather than sit, listen and console/advise

I love to cook, the more challenging the dish the better, but i've been in a slump since late November, made a Tuscan lamb stew that was AMAZING but both labor and time intensive, the meat had to be cut from the leg, 30 fresh tomatoes peeled and hand crushed. We feasted and the rest is in the freezer. I tend to make meals for the better part of a week, I work a 10 hour day and don't even want to think of cooking when I get home

Hmm...it does kind of makes sense, Sarah was a really fussy baby...she jokes that Bodhi is payback for what she put her Mom through
