I'm not big on new years resolutions, but this year I decided to make one. It sounds really silly but I decided to smile at strangers more when we are passing by. You never know the type of day people are having! Plus, the human population in general spends too much time staring at their phones while they're walking xD

See my problem is I have what I like to call RBF - resting bitch face I'm serious. Half the time people ask me what's wrong and I turn around all smiley and I'm like what?!? Nothing!!! And then I just seem crazy xD

I think most of my family and close friends are used to it by now. I do feel bad though for strangers. I probably seem very unapproachable. HENCE the new years resolution! I actually did it the other night when I was out shopping and the stranger smiled back and told me to have a great evening. :)

Yeah I guess I didn't realize how much it can make a difference in someones day until it happened to me! I had just left work and it was just about the worst day ever. Anything that could go wrong, went wrong. So I decided to treat myself to a nice coffee at my favorite coffee shop to have a good ending to my day. I was sitting at a table just minding my own business people watching and someone made eye contact with me as they were leaving and just simply smiled. It put a smile on my face and instantly lifted my mood!

I'm an Okie, but I'm in college now, so i rarely travel anywhere. , smiles are so important! Someone once told my mom that I was the smiliest person she had ever met. That made me so happy!

That's a big undertaking. Do you like to cook at home? As for the soda... I've learned to dial down my sweet tooth and I actually enjoy the flavored carbonated water beverages. There's so many choices these days too.

I actually cook at home all the time XD The hard part is lunch when we only get a 30 min break XD usually its fast food. Soda isn’t to hard for me either. Stopped 2 years ago for a whole year but we mostly did it to lose weight and didn’t lose any weight so we drank soda again XD I like the tea that comes in powder too its yummy.

I've lost my smile a time or two, but I've always been able to find it again, which is a blessing! After heartbreak it is hard to smile, but I was determined to find happy again and I did.

Yeah I would love to share it with my boyfriend down the road, but it is too soon now since I just got it. There are a lot of recipes I wish my family wrote down but didn't because everything is eyeballed or to taste.

Yeah 30 min lunch breaks are of the devil. I've just forced myself to pack my lunch the night before. Or when I'm cooking dinner, I go ahead and put some of the leftovers in a container for lunch. The other week, I was in such a hurry to get out the door I forgot my packed lunch ;-; I was so mad lol
