If your blood sugar's low the two best things you should grab to boost it you shouldn't have, there are better, safer ways to lose weight, you may not see a dramatic loss but you'll still feel good about yourself for making a change...try whole grain pasta or brown rice instead of the enriched stuff.

Ah, thank you! I am wear to black and gold HAs, and I had to use the pineapple after getting it for Lumi. Your HA is really eerie and cool! I took a peak at the items, and I never would have realized you use the cotton candy background you did.

ohh year LOTR/Hobbit were must sees for us too! we go so rarely, but i love seeing stuff on the big screen! when it's something i really want to see i'll make an effort to go, otherwise i'll just wait until it comes out on the tv. the last movie we went to see in the cinema was Ghost in the Shell - another remake, but i managed to make myself like it, even though that one as well had some glaringly obvious issues... how did you find Beauty and the Beast? i can't say i'm much of a Disney-type movie fan, but i think Emma Watson would be great for that role! (and that huge library always makes me jealous lol)

Yes so that's what I try to get people to avoid! I've been thinking more of moving my career path to focus on the psychology and our relationship with food. But when you are not used to such a restrictive diet, you are more than likely going to binge afterwards! Usually my face at the start of the new year when everyone says "Oh I'm going sugar free this year!" -_________-

To be honest, I'm not sure what made me want to see it, but I'm glad I did. My hubby felt the same way (most likely rolled his eyes when I suggested it) but halfway through the movie he leaned over and said that it was really good LOL! Things are going well, thanks, Lost a half a person and am not only keeping it off, but losing a bit more, re-learning French by an app (super happy tp learn that one of my BFFs-Spanish teacher-has her students install it on their phones), even have a few French speaking people at work to practice with.

LOL Life always finds a way of getting in the way of our best plans, all we could really do is run to catch up. Bleh on chores but its necessary...at least until they invent self cleaning houses, self washing clothes or magical grocery carts that will not only do list, but shop, buy and put away groceries for you lol. We may have to win the lottery for the seed money, but we can make it back inside of a month once its marketed:D

Good on you, Dear! It doesn't have to be a super strenuous work out, either, even something like a 2 mile walk every day or if you've got a Y or a high school with a pool and adult swim hours do some laps together, but eating smarter is a great start and you and Mr Kat are doing it together so you've got built in support. You got this, Girl!

IKR! While tackling a duck on the wing...or almost on the wing is no small feat for anyone its freaking impressive for a 6 year old, so let's hope he learns to use those powers for good! At some point nephew's going to have a turning point where he may say "No, this isn't me, It's not who I am."

Now that would be a fascinating course of study, the Psychology of food! LOL I get chills just thinking about it (LOL my degree's in Psych so I'm practically doing the Snoopy Dance about a field like that) and yes, I think a lot of it ties in to childhood and how Mom/Dad helped us cope with things and usually its food "Oh, Honey! You didn't get the lead in the Spring Musical...let's have a hot fudge sundae and you'll feel better!" So there's an unfortunate association between Love and food. LOL Stop me! I can put any reader to sleep with Behaviorism.

It was great! I ate entirely too much food but I have zero regrets! I spent a lot of time with my family and got to see a lot of my friends I haven't seen in awhile c: How was your day with your mom?

My degree is in nutrition and dietetics! We should partner together! lol. But I agree. And I feel like a lot of parents are so restrictive with sugary foods that it reinforces binge eating when a child does have access to [insert high sugar food product here] And I wish I could help! Yup ^^ He really wants to lose some weight too cause we are planning on trying to have kids in 3 months and wants to be able to keep up with them :P I agree he is so young and impressionable right now.
