I know some people who would totally try it (including my beau's mum, who introduced me to Better Off Ted in the first place, and would probably laugh about the 'meat blob' reference if I were to mention it to her even in context with actual lab grown meat), and I'm definitely all for sustainability. And while I'm not much interested in trying it myself, I am very interested in seeing where else research in the same vein leads. While math will always be my greatest love, I'm still totally into science.
