Congrats! And honestly, you could probably even get to 5 or 10 wins. I managed it with my Tier 11 pet as well, he's not nearly as difficult as he looks with all of his health. If you have him unlocked as a regular challenger, I'd say give it a try outside of BQs!

- yes, some of the rare items were very hard to come by this year (or maybe it's just that I spent all my time in the Battle Coliseum instead of restocking at the Freyalise :-) ).

Thought I would give it a try and I managed to snag 5 wins! Crith started landing crits on me on that last battle though, so I'm going to leave it at 5 for now until Beshalik is a bit tougher. Thanks for the encouragement everyone^^

- congratulations on getting to five wins. And if you don't already have an Aftershocks scroll you are going to really love it. It is the main battle scroll in many default scroll sets. And a nice scaling weapon to play with as well.

thank you, it means a lot to me that you offered! and yea, the pile of experience and all the opponents to re-battle was nice as well. And a raised cap! (I was capped when I went on hiatus.) And I have about 5? challengers that I need to strategize on, so that will give me something to keep my mind off of things.

I know I need to stop putting exp into stats other than health at this point... but I just need even numbers lol.

Congrats on your wins! Yeah depending on your weapons and scroll set, crithbolcan can be beaten with a T10 pet, but it does take a long time to do all that damage x.x

What tier is your pet? What weapons are you using? It could be a combination of set and scrolls if your pet is not T11+. It's do-able with a T10 pet, but it takes the right set and a while to do enough damage.

i rotate between Replica Minotaur Knocker, Unstable Sample Syringe and Turkey Quill. scrolls Holy Deluge and Cobalt Eternal.

OHS and unstable syringe work best, but blessed trident is also good in place of OHS. There's the chance for the trident to activate the blessing so you potentially can block wind, earth, water and more magma. OC scroll may help since it blocks a small amount of water. Unfortunately, I used the aftershocks scroll since I had bought that scroll long before I unlocked the challenger when it was super cheap.

haha i figured so. tempted to buy OHS but wondering its long term use. the scrolls are expensive too now. i could wait a few more days though just in case. his crit is the problem. maybe i could bring him down to more than 75% next. just one more win to 5.

OHS is definitely worth it. There are a lot of challengers where having a weapon that blocks a lot of earth is super useful

Oooh - a new challenge to get to the raised cap. Sounds like fun to me.

As far as more health goes, I've been told that any reasonable capped pet can beat all of the challengers (having already had a capped pet, you would, of course, know more about this than I do), just some builds will have an easier time with some challengers. And, of course, higher health is nice with all those percent healing weapons and scrolls. But you also need to be happy with the build you wind up with. And now that there are leeches you can always change your mind and do some adjusting later on.
