If we can boost...what&;s the point of training?
I think that if I train AND boost, I'll be getting more stats than with boosting alone, you know? You aren't wrong. BQing combined with the training center can net roughly 500-600 stats in a month at tiers 10-12, provided that you have a single pet earning that exp. And most people can't afford the millions of pure to boost to a noticeable amount of stats. But earlier this year I could afford to drop about 700 million pure per month on boosters, and when I was doing that it made the training seem tedious and slow by comparison, when I could get closer to 2400 stats at one time by just holding the boosters back until I had a set amount.
Ultimately I spent most of my time boosting and less of it BQing. Now days I'm back to training and down-trading tokens for the battle shop boosters.
I would also advise you to not spend exp on levels. You're much better off just taking the time to train level(and health) in the training center and put your exp into one of the other stats.
Yes, I've been on the bench rather a lot nowadays regarding Level. If I train it, it feels like a waste of sP; if i EXP boost it, it feels like a waste of EXP.
And if I'm boosting say 150 stats, then I would need a lot of levels to train eventually, so should I stop training Tziety and just focus on EXP boosting her, or should I still boost Level to keep training? That's my million sP question lol
PS to consider when Haneul is maybe a bit bigger
Yeah, you would lose out on 'some' stats by not investing in training any longer, but I think that BQing for exp and then trading down the tokens for the battle shop boosters would still resolve the matter of investing in level further. Although you won't ultimately save much on the healer if you use certain boosters like tomes, since they up your level anyway.
You've earned the Crithbolcan achievement! 5/10 He's getting harder!
I had never thought of trading down tokens for battle shop boosters ! That's a good idea, one I'll work after getting my Mecha lol
Impossible You have 63 tokens
Slowly but surely getting there :D
[edit] You Lose! You lost to Crithbolcan. Visit the Healer before battling again!
I'll wait a while again :P I couldn't do more than 5 wins before the reset XD
Congrats on beating Crithbolcan 5 times!
Nice to see you're that close to the Volatile components, you'll be there in no time.
As for the battle shop boosters, I'd recommend the hard-level Frozen Froth's for 85 tokens if you want to gain a little of most stats as opposed to going for the easy-level 200 token boosters(Surging Power does strength, Potion of Fleetness does speed, Limitless Endurance does health, Impenetrable Force does defense, and Spiraling Ascention does level) which can give you 0-3 of a single stat, but that's my personal preference.
Thanks !
You Won! You have defeated Flamagia 5 times!
This is as far as I'll attempt her for now... already have 3 losses on her GRRRR!
Thanks for the booster suggestion! I'll target the Frozen Froth instead of the easy boosters (though I have over 1k of those, maybe I should give them some use? :P)
Thanks for the info on Warlgthroth! Is there anything disabled against him? I thought I saw that freezing was, but I can't remember if there was anything else.
Congrats on your wins against Flamagia!
Congrats on Flamagia too! 5 was as far as I got with Sun before the reset.
Mhm. You can give it a go if you want to take the chance on them. Its just not generally worth it to trade your hard tokens down to mediums down to easy for those like I've done in the past, since tokens can't be traded back up.
i don't even use the TC anymore for Elfric. It stopped being useful for me when he was T11, and his level is super low to the point where he'd have to have 2360 points in Level in order to train his other stats at the center, which is a waste of sPs imo, since he has 1000 minutes per session. So I just boost his stats from battling atm since there's tons of baddies for him to beat up, and will go back to BQs and stat boosters once he's finished.
Though i might slow down with his training and start letting my smaller guys become the main focus. Probably gonna let Valtam start taking over BQs mostly. No need to rush to the cap on El lol

Thank you ! :D
Thank you so much for your input ! I love to read about other battler's strategies and perspective, and feels good when I'm on the same page as others :D
Today might be Tziety's last training session, which should make me double train FairyTale the very least haha
Does anyone have any advice on what to use to beat Cinthilocks?

I am not old. I am gracefully aged
Lol you know what? Seeing the discussion in here has made me think about my own training, and I think I'm going to stop putting Carbonite in the training center as well, once his current session is done.
I guess I hadn't really considered it before and was just doing it out of habit, but his session length is over 10 hours now so I really only get like 2 sessions per day. That's only 2-6 stats per day, depending on the random factor, which really isn't that much. It only costs ~100k a day, but that adds up over time, and I think now I'd rather quit and save that sP for something else.
I've been doing a bit more battling with the Millionaire Center challengers in the Secret tab, and it seems like they are similar to the Cash Shop challengers in that they aren't giving me extra item drops after 10 wins. I'm not sure about the milestone wins though, like if they give out the crystals or anything like that.
[edit]Actually, Cursed Effigy the Tormented is giving me item drops after 10 wins, but none of the other MC challengers have been.
It's a good thing though! I still haven't been going out of my way to buy booster items yet, since EXP costs are still cheap for me now. But I've been saving all of the tomes that I'm getting from battling, to use whenever I do get to Tier 13 like whenever that will be.
But for now at least I can save a bit of sP from not using the training center, that will be kind of nice.
Congrats on reaching 10k in HP. I did the same. Leeched defense. Kept speed at 7k. Good luck on your build.
I’m autotraining my second pet. The tomes I’m getting from the drops. I’ll save some as gifts for December and use the rest on her. I need to go through my vault and read books to her. UGH. She currently gets four sessions so it’s not too bad.

I hope somebody can help me I beat Forj Matriarch, Rekindled 70 times but the achievement for it the Molten Summoning Tome will not come down? Do I need to buy another one from the cash shop?
No worries about the ping, always glad to help :D
Early on in battling, training through the training center is cheap and doesn't take a long time. If you train a pet everyday starting from T1 on just the training center and without auto training, they can be at T2/T3 in a month. Experience training becomes more beneficial for high tier pets where the training times are a lot longer and training costs more money. You still want to put your pet in training even if you are boosting with booster and experience because you are still gaining an additional 1-3 stats
Freezing is disabled. That's one of the reasons I was so upset with myself for accidentally selecting my energized helmet instead of a second weapon
That's one of the achievements that has been not working properly since the reset, but if you file a ticket the admins can help you with that. Although I think was looking for people with the broken achievements to do some troubleshooting or something, so maybe see what he has to say before getting your achievement fixed.
Thanks! I knew freezing was, but I wasn't sure if something else like health might have been. Although health being disabled would have been way too hard probably, it's already pretty hard with the Sand Spirit challenger.
Also I like your new HA ~
[edit]You Won! You have defeated Warlgthroth 1 time!
You earned 30000 sP for beating Warlgthroth!
Carbonite earned 2713 EXP Points!
I may stop there for now though, he was still pretty tough even with the ME and Trident. Good to know what works well against him though, for when I'm stronger.
