Well, I'm glad I already bought enough CSC throughout the year to be able to get the challengers I'm missing, because goodness gracious just look at those prices now. ;~;

I guess we'll see during Fireside if event challengers will have any special loot past 10 wins. The Throwback challengers don't, so maybe the event ones won't as well.

Careaper did have extra loot, but he shows up in the Normal tab on the days he's available.

You should receive the as an achievement prize for defeating the Mad Scientist 10 times. Did you already have the already have that achievement before? Or maybe it's broken? I think that's one of the ones that isn't awarding properly if you already had some wins before the reset.

huge congrats on your wins! Flamagia is cake walk if you have a fire blocker and her freezing is nowhere near as bad as GE. She can get steal happy though =/

Super jelly of your mage wins! I hate that guy. I am not going past 10 until I am further along in T13. I refuse to put up with any more of his shenanigans right now

Does anyone know about how tough Menecuda is, or what kind of damage is done by it?

The stats are similar to Mutant Scientist or Meatslab 3, but I've never tried to fight Menecuda before so I don't know what to expect.

You mean the default challengers? That’s what I did after TBT. I’m almost through the secret page, I’ve also been battling a couple on the default and secret page past 10 wins, but then I think I am going back to do TBT with Oranos since I have been neglecting him.

Where are you headed?

Menecuda is harder than C.A.P.S. It does a lot of dark and magma, with I think fire and water being next. It has an item I think called toxic waste that boosts its stats. Almost all of its weapons if I remember correctly have a high chance to activate anti-freeze blessings. I remember talking about it in a old battle chat thread

I don't have much of a fire block, but I did beat it before the reset with my BQ gear, just took a lot of losses.... hopefully it will be a lot less losses this time :P

How hard is CAPS compared to some of the other Impossible challengers? I haven't fought it before either, so I'm not really sure.

- Sandragon was pretty easy for me (at least at first) with a wind block and a water block (I used Blessed Trident and Frostbite Amulet). Have fun!

Ok I went against my battling plan to battle him once for you lol. His stats are pretty high so he will hit pretty hard. Definitely harder than guys like Sophie, crithbolcan and that three headed dragon thing, but not as hard as mutant scientist, menecuda, meatslab, etc. easier than the mage I would say as well. He does a lot of physical, dark and ice, but he has weapons that can do 10 icons of almost everything so he’s hard to really block. He can freeze so you will want to be feeeze protected. He can however be frozen. I think he has a curse but it didn’t activate in my one battle

Well thanks! I actually found a semi-guide for him right after I asked. Saw he did a lot of ice/light/dark damage, so I used my Malhuili and ME and several freezing scrolls and he was pretty easy.

Lost once because of a crit, but overall not too bad with the right equipment. Thanks for the help!

I've only made the Cold Blast scroll so far, now I'm working on Gate Keeper and Saggi for that scroll. Not sure if it's really worth it though, lol.

Yeah, to be honest, I really haven't determined my strategy thus far. I mean, I've only done my 10 wins on a handful of opponents so far. It'll just be a slow go for a while.

(Luckily I could still one-shot Eclipse with ease at the end.)

I managed to do 10 wins against everyone that I can beat so far, so now I just have to decide which ones to tackle first for extra battles.

I went for the Cold Blast scroll first since it's the best one, another freezing scroll is always nice. I'll just slowly work on the rest now whenever I have some time.

I didn't battle yesterday beyond BQ, let's see if I feel like it today. Feeling particularly demotivated at work today so we'll see :P
