I went further with the rain guy and got nothing except the little bit of EXP and battle tokens going to 25 wins. So I don't think Throwback challengers drop extra loot.

lol I feel like it would have to be a pretty decent scroll for that, some of the more annoying/difficult challengers. It's already going to be annoying enough to get the crystals they drop.

I think they also did not put anything past 10 on most of the MC challengers too.

Alright I think I will take a break from battling the Normal tab and get those CS challengers done since I only need 10 wins on each. Then it's back to the Normal and then Secret. :D

So what is so great about these new crystals? Sure, they have the most attack icons (but its only 6). Are the blessings/curses any good to tip them over using parched/singed/crit??

the curses are better than singed plus you can stack them with weapons you previously couldn't.

The defensive ones are pretty meh

What curses? I checked that mod page, but it doesn't mention any curses

Cabocons and above have a chance of activating a 12 icon curse for 3 turns. Capped at 7% for the EORs

Do people think they might bring back some of the older cash shop challengers on black friday? I cant remember if they did that last year, Im interested in checking some out to see if my pet Craggy can take them on now. Ill go look at the cash shop opponents page for info to at least make a tentative list. Thanks for any help.

Huh, I see the usefulness in boss battles, but can't say I'd wanna replace all my existing mods lol

They usually re-release all the opponents from previous years, excluding the current year, so 2016 and further back should all be there!

They will. For reference, last year they brought back the 2013, 2014, and 2015 challengers. So we may see 2016 ones this year, too. Just remember that they aren't discounted.

Figured I'll start finishing off the CS challengers, and this guy still gets me.

Wasn't it already pretty expensive before the reset? I guess now that it's once per account, they went up in price. Or someone bought them up to sell later, IDK.

Paintbrush Blades went up in price too, although they're still buyable. Aftershocks and Triple Threat scrolls seem to be about the same as they were, although being infinite use probably helps with that, people don't really need more than one unless it's for TCs or something.

I threw my extra stuff into my shop, but I haven't priced anything yet. I don't really need extra copies of the weapons since I don't use them in battle, so I had them in my wardrobe already.

But I guess that's probably why some of the weapons will stay expensive or end up being more expensive, some people may want one copy to battle with and another for their wardrobe (not to mention TCs or galleries).

I don't know how many copies of each of these things existed before to compare though.

So I really hate that glitch where if you go back to the challenge page before you heal, your pet takes ten years to show up again.
