I don't think it will be as bad as people think though.

Parched and BONA are still some Best in slot mods that are pretty cheap to replace. My Natasha, a Swashbuckle, The Ether, SoSS or MW, one of my MEs, will probably all still have BONA or Parched on them.

I think the scariest weapons that might be difficult to find a lender for now though might be the Cronus Blade and maybe OHS. AU, TKSS, ME, Wrath, Swashbuckle, Malhuili, SoSS or MW are probably all going to get modded out with EOR crystals eventually and those will probably more annoying to find lenders for now, but they also don't seem to get asked for as frequently as Cronus and OHS. and OHS is relatively affordable. Cronus will be there worst.

Should have gone to bed after stopping earlier to have dinner but no, I just had to come back to this. Sigh, The Mage has officially claimed my post-reset loss virginity, damn him. He's only managed to steal everything I had leading to a death once, the other time I think I accidentally selected one of his items I had stolen with Manifesting Weapon or else he crit me super hard and I died. Dirty old bear also likes to flaunt his full healing regularly, though I think he caps at 4 or 5 uses.

Anyway, blathering aside I can confirm a Tome of Life at win 15 and a Tome of Death at win 20. I'll keep pressing on now that I've taken my first two losses and see how high I can climb.

Okay but seriously though, who thought it was a good idea to include a 333 icon attack for this guy? What is this, a community chip-away-at-boss? C'mon. Yes. Though I don't mind the healing tome as much as when he steels my equipment and starts 10k healing himself per turn with it, it just adds insult to injury at that point.

It'd be somewhat nice if FOrj or Meatslab dropped those crystals, but frankly I'd hate to see what the staff would have done with Baenwurath. That castle is a monster just to get to 10, I don't want to think about trying to get to 35 :L

I didn't think of that issue, but I could see how it might become problematic for people looking to borrow weapons. Fortunately, at least I don't have to worry about borrowing a Cronus Blade and I'm hoping to further upgrading my armory in the coming months. All these new mod crystals will certainly make things interesting.

I think I was probably high T11 or low T12 range when I last bothered with him. I always seemed to miss his appearances these last few months.
