I adore vintage prodigy! So cute. Need to figure out a better strat to beat him with my T10s instead of 'Hope Merana's Blessing activates'.

I don't usually bother with wearables so I just tossed it in the loot pile without even looking. I'm bad at Subeta.

My lazy plan is to ignore the growing experience point pile and then spend it when the Morostide challengers come out and then see if it makes a difference with Prodigy. This means I don't have to think about stat allocation for another month or so.

I just wish it wouldn't stand between me and my otherwise free 3500 experience points.

I remember in the old days, when BQs were totally random, how I'd always feel like I was punched in the gut when old Blue Ball would show up. Then Salima grew and was hoping for him to show, as he gave a s$#@-load of EXP! At any rate, you'll get there, too, and freezing scrolls, which, hopefully will still be given out by fighting Nightlady in October, are your best friend!

Yeah, a Shriek or two off Nightlady would be nice. Maybe by them I'll have a thousand or so more health. Or strength. Or whatever I dump exp into.

Ah love vintage prodigy! He is too cute and not as mean as the impossible prodigy :D So far 10 wins on prodigy with Verdugo, and 10 wins with all 7 of my battle pets on propellorbot. I am still training up the newest member of my family but I should be able to get wins on propellorbot with him before the next TBT challengers arrive. This way he will have some experience for his new owner to use.

Try the sierrac flail! It is helping my T9 get wins. Pbow is another good option if you have it.

I can confirm that Anchor has a chance to freeze across different tiers. My T9 pet used it in the last Gelawar and it does have freeze rate :). I hope it helps.

Anyone else think its time to add some new challengers to BQs? Fighting the same bunch every day is becoming boring :/

Aren't there already 3-4 cash shop challengers in the BQs? Might be interesting for them to add a few more from different years. I think they're mostly elemental challengers and one dragon, so maybe toss in a couple from the research notes or the fairy tales. Possibly rotate the roster a bit too if it can be done.

- That would be nice. Like why are some CSC challengers in there (moonrise serpent, flamagia, meatslab) but not others?

- Got to 5 wins with the "OMG please activate Merana's Blassing' strat, but I still have another T10 to go, so might try it with him... though his speed isn't as good, so neither blessings or flail are as good!

Yeah my speed sucks too on my T9, but a chance at freezing has so far been working. I am also over healing like crazy xD

I honestly think the anchor is super underrated. It can freeze, heal, blocks magma, boosts stats every turn, and has 4 mod slots I personally love it

I went and got one (who needs sP anyway?) Any idea what the freeze rate is?

Last time I tested it it averaged out to ~8-9% per 1,000 turns. If or can provide the exact rate it'd be great. 1,000 turns still isn't a lot for an accurate estimation but I'd say its freeze rate is low, perhaps around that of Rapier's.

I'm thinking USS has a higher freeze rate than that -- but I dk what it is... Maybe 15-18% Is that about what you get on the syringe? I bring it up because I would expect them to have somewhat similar rates... Then again, there's no law that says otherwise.

I don't own a Syringe and I only learn today from you that it can freeze :). I'm only familiar with Frostbite Amulet which is also from the MC like the Anchor and has 18% freeze rate. I'm not sure if the Anchor has the same freeze rate, but perhaps not because it has many perks already.

Well the good thing is that in BQ it will be its most basic stats. 8)
