Oh man tonight I get my loyalty box for 10 years. I am torn between a GA and stats... but I usually aim for the stats cause 100 core stats and 25 Intel for free is always welcome!

I am going to kick myself later on for not using a Negating Pylonic to seal that second win and only winding up with a tie. :-( I really need to learn to listen to myself! Maybe you could take a break and try again later or with the next wave. Sometimes it seems like challengers have harder and easier periods (at least it feels that way to me - maybe not true at all, or maybe something to do with the rng. :-) ) In any case, I know Maskros will be able to squish them all next year. And, besides, you're not giving up, you're making a sound strategic decision to save your troups until they're rested and better trained. :-)

Nuuu don't kick yourself XD I think that wizard is just very cunning. He lures us into thinking that he's beatable during our first few tries and then he goes all out with his crits. Or that's what happened with me :P

Partly I think Maskros just doesn't have the required minimum defence (and probably health) to tackle him. A couple more hundred stats for those would be nice :D

Anyway, I'm saving my energy for the next challenger. Hope whatever it is it won't be as huge a pain as wizard :P If Tos still decides to go for wizard for another win I'll cheer her on :D

- she's been working on it, but I'm taking a break to make sure those quests get done. Then it's back to battle again. If she doesn't get any more Wizard wins, that tie is probably going to hurt - but I'll have forgotten all about it by next week. :-)

Tos is starting to think win number two isn't coming until next year. You and Oranos have the magic Battle Coliseum touch! (And all the experience.) Why flail instead of Rapier of Error? Or does Oranos have higher speed than I think?

Last time I was unable to beat the Gelashell, now I just took out all 10 with ease. I also hit T11 since this started, so I'm pretty proud of myself.

That Gelatin Wizard tho. It's possible I could probably upgrade some weapons to get at least one in.

• Mod your weapons with Blessing of Natural Armor Tear Crystal and Parched Baguette Crystal to prevent your weapons from being stolen or your pet from being frozen.
• Don't use any clutch healers (Phoenix Quill or Reviver Of The Lion) if you can help it because they will likely be stolen and used by your opponent, making things so much worse.
• Other than that, I think he uses Dark and Water icons the most, so try to form a strategy around blocking those.
