Gelatin War always has the Hydragellos plus the smaller minions, but I agree the timing with it being in the middle of the Quest-A-Thon was not a good idea.

It's a good thing our pets on here aren't real, I think throwing them at jelly monsters would break some laws. :P

Well, usually they aren't at the same time though. I mean, yeah, at the end they release some mini gellies while the big guy is out, but we get at least a day without splitting the focus. Right? Maybe I'm making things up. Sometimes I just like to complain =P

Question:

Does the Hydra have an attack that allows it to break through a freeze? I've just had him frozen twice now on two separate battles, but he still managed to knock me out? And not the first round either, the second, and third, so he was def frozen and it was working for those first rounds.

I'm genuinely confused because up until these last two battles, chain freezing hasn't been an issue...

- how do you do that? My AoN is not advance predictable. Even more so, neither are my freezers (except the first one, of course).

- we all need encouragement during these long battles.

- yes, most of the time (sometimes he decides to freeze me because no parched blessings - and then I usually die early).

Yeah, they usually release the Hydra at the end. But this time they gave us 8 days to slowly work on getting 5 mil against him instead of having to do it all at once over a 6 hour period. So IDK, between the 8 days that should be enough time to balance fighting the Hydra and the smaller ones. Especially for the people who only need a few hundred battles to get their 5 mil.

And hundreds of times at that! Serious cases of animal abuse :P

put it on the side, it depends. you can hold the asparagus and fungus though :P

I have literally already forgotten how many battles I need to do to get my 5m. But I know it's like 720k damage a day, and I know I have to do at least twenty battles a day. And actually, talking it out helped me remember. I think I need in the neighborhood of 150 battles.

I've done almost 900k this morning. Then I started knitting and watching cable. I didn't even do my regular quests like I planned on during my down time lol Now there's little gellies and I only have like 900 out of the 2.5k I need for that achievement.

While I'm battling the big guy, do you want to borrow my intricate energized helmet? It's a guarantee freeze, so it still doesn't help if he one shots you on turn one, but ... you know ... freezing is fun.

/edit I will eat Kbbob's asparagus if he doesn't want it!!!!

- the one here has become the special occasion restaurant for local family and friends. It's one of my very favorite places to go. When a large family group went there for Memorial Day this year (to celebrate with out of town visitors), one of the managers reminded us that we had also been there for Memorial Day the previous year. Honestly, how did he even remember that?

Oh, I will! I planted asparagus in my garden this year, but it won't be ready until next year. I wish I had spaced them better to be honest, and I'm not confident enough in my skills to move them now. Oh well.

/edit ALL of the asparagus omnomnom I used to have asparagus parties with my friend. Which is just a fun way of saying I'd invite her over for asparagus, and literally that is it.

That is the question, isn't it? Super annoying. I mean, the quests only take out like half an hour of my time, but I still feel like I'm being pulled in too many directions.
