There seem to be no end to the serkets so worried about the students, Tamsin did what she rarely did, she said a spell out loud. "Reducto!" What happened next was pretty impressive. The serkets were gone into billion pieces, And the ground was blown away.

As Millie was on her knees trying to help Magnus (), Emmett drew his wand and stood between the two. Millie looked up and asked, "what it is? What are those, Merlin ()?"

Emmett called out, "Accio broom! Sorry Magnus. Ve need to get you out of here now if that charm didn't help". A few moments later, his Nimbus 2014 appeared. "Can you manage?" he asked

Millie stood up and took her place next to Emmett and tried to think of what spells to use

After Tamsin had blown the serkets away. Millie and Emmett still stood with their wands ready

Lee saw the explosion and was glad he was up in the tree. He put his wand away and looked at Charlotte. "You ok..?" he said, concerned. "Well, it was nice knowing them all, " he said, looking back down and waiting for the dust to clear.

"We're supposed to leave everything as we found it, except for the flowers and, like, benign plant samples," she thought. No wonder Tamsin had been assigned to chaperoning them despite being an Auror. She was hotheaded and probably still learning herself.

"We have magic and this is their home. They didn't have to die you know," Poppy said pointedly at Tamsin (). She sniffed at the scorched earth from the explosion. "I doubt we'll ever be allowed in here without Hogwarts staff again."

the water had helped take some edge off. And then he didn't really have time to answer because the creatures were "flocking this way" (sorry LOVE Jurassic Park) and Magnus started using every dueling skill he knew.
"I'm not going guys." The boy said. He wouldn't leave with others in danger.

And then Tamsin was amazing and they were all gone.

Charlotte cried out and she tried to grab for the hands of her classmates. "MILLIE GET ON THE BROOM!!!" She was trying to grab for anyone she could. ((I think poppet was closest and Lenore)) She felt the coat of someone in one of her hands and looked down to see Poppy. "Try to stay in your coat!" She had managed to grab Lenore are well it seemed. She was trying to yank them into the tree.

*Sidenote as well she was trying to use spells to catch/protect any ones pets as well.

Since the fighting had died down and there was a smoke smell in the air, Lee reached in his coat, pulled out a smoke, and lit himself a cigarette. He surveyed the damage down there, looking for survivors, as well as keeping a lookout for more dangers that may have been attracted to the explosion.

Tamsin breathes in relief and then frowns when she hears Poppy's complain. "Of course this is their home and we were their meal, if you wanted to die so badly you should have said so so I could feed you to them and we could run off and not kill them." She couldn't believe it, no matter what she did, she was always the evil one. "You know what, let's go back. You can all go safely home, this was a really bad idea." She moved her wand and the dusty air was gone. "You shouldn't have put water on those burns, it is worse. Merlin give me your bag."

Merlin looked inside his bag and took out a balm then put in on the wounds Magnus had. "This should help." He was feeling down and angry. "I don't want to go back, but we are driving too much attention, I don't like it. Next what?"

Climbing calmed her down from the adrenaline that was still rushing through her from fright and anger. She perched on a branch and surveyed the gaping hole in the ground that was left.

Once she had managed any attempt in helping the students around her, sense she didnt know how bad the explosion was going to be. She checked in her bag. Of course...her little friend was wrapped around her shinies and in a food coma fromt he stuff in there. She could her him snoring lightly. She gave a smile, he did perk her spirits up a bit.

Charlotte asked. "Is everyone ok?" as the smoke cleared she jumped down and went and pulled her metal arrows out of the critters, cleaned them off and put them back in her holder.

EDIT: She gave Poppy a smile and was glad she had successfully helped someone. "Glad to see your ok"

Lee looked down, being able to see clearly now that the dust was gone. He saw merlin tending to Magnus's burns, Poppy and Tamsin looking angry.

He gave Charlotte a smile. "yeah, I am good. "

He decide it best to stay up here and finish his cigarette, and keep an eye on potential dangers.

"Um, yes, I should have. My father is a healer and works at St Mungo's Hospital. He would have done the same thing. And I couldn't just let my friend sit in pain. I didn't think we would have someone with burns or I would have brought the medical bag he gave me"

Millie refilled her water bottle and took a long drink from it. She sat down and waited for the plan.

Charlotte started grabbing for people to get them to safety but then it was over. "I thought you were amazing," Magnus said in a very small shy voice. He had been fine with dealing with his wounds, but it seemed no one else was. Merlin put balm on them and that had really helped. "Yeah its better. thanks. And we came this far. I'm staying."

"thanks again Millie, Emmett, but I am okay. I've 'ad worse."

Merlin looked at the ground and his face reflected pain. "Couldn't you do something less damaging?"

Tamsin looked down, they were right. "I'm sorry...I'm not good at controlling my strength that's why I never say a spell out loud, it goes waaay out of proportion." She tried repairing it but some things can't be fixed.

"You can't fix life! You can only fix things you dummy!" Merlin was very upset and had tears in his eyes. "Yes we were in trouble but....we could have fight together."

"I can't let anything happen to any of you!" Tamsin replied in anger.

"So let's destroy the forest!" Smoke came out of his mouth and he opened his eyes wide and begin to cough while turning around.

"You ok?'" She asked concerned. "You had smoke..." He pushed her away and kept coughing, more smoke in the air and it wasn't from Lee.

She looked over at Magnus in surprise then gave a small smile and blush. "Thanks...just trying to do what I can..."

She looked over at Merlin as he was getting upset. "Merlin?"

Lee was attracted back to the group by Merlin and Tamsin arguing. Then he saw smoke come out of Merlin's mouth...but he wasn't having a cigarette. Lee slowly reached into his bag and brought his wand out, keeping it down but at the ready.

MAgnus' eyes were wide "MERLIN! ARE YOU OKAY?" Magnus was close to him already. "Don't die, you can't die, I don't 'ave many friends left!"

He heard Charlotte and was glad to see she looked a little better but he was so worried about Merlin

"You're welcome Magnus (). I'm glad you're okay."

Millie sat and watched the exchange between Tamsin and Merlin (). She wanted to say something but decided not to. "Emmett" she called out. He turned to her and she refilled her water bottle and tossed it to him". "Zanks Melia." he said as he started drinking "A beer vould taste better zough."

Merlin coughing intensified and he got on his knees. 'Not a good moment' he thought.

Tamsin was genuinely worried and grabbed his arm to stop him from pushing her. "Merlin's beard! I mean, not you...what on earth is this?" She saw something that looked like scales on his arms so he pulled his arm from her grip quickly to hide it.

"Go away!" It sounded like a growl and she backed out.

"Guys, I suggest you all stay on the trees." She adopted a cat like position and waited to see what would happen. "Merlin, if you are angry with me just take it out on me and no one else."

"Argh!" He tried to hold it back but it was happening, the transformation was not supposed to be painful yet it always pained him some.

Lee brought his wand up and pointed it at Merlin.

"Petrificus Totalus"

and hoped it would be enough.
