I went to team Lucina for the finals - last match I only cared about feathers, so it's not a big deal to me Chrom lost haha. I'm not that excited about the VG though so I don't care about the outcome. I am much more excited with the FEH channel coming tonight! I can't wait to see what news we will get. :D

- I wasn't on team Chrom, so I didn't see your units at all. You don't actually get bonus points if your Ally gives you the unit, so it's better to send a different unit anyway.

- probably not going to watch, I really can't stand Fae's voice. I'll just get the cole's notes version tomorrow.

Alot of green vs blue this Gauntlet though so even though I'm Team Kagaro now I brought bunny Sharena back to counter any Easter Lucinas

- I haven't actually encountered any Bunny Lucinas, I think it stems back to the same thing, the enemies are also made up of player units, and allies don't get the boost, so better to not set her up as your lead unit. My thought process for sending out L'Arachel right now is solely based on the fact that she has double tactic skills and if the ally is using Kagero as their unit, they will get the bonus because with only three units, it's impossible to have more than two with the same move type. I might switch to SharenaBun, since she also has res tactic and is not a flying unit, but she doesn't have enough SP for res tactic 3 yet.

True, though I did encounter some early on I've not ran into any recently, alot of archers though x_x ( though the last fight Thomas' Bride Cordilia was on my team which saved me from disaster)

I'm kinda invested in the gauntlet now as I've spent a bunch of flags for team Kagero (only have 330 left) and the seesaw is pretty tense to watch. And I lost every other match up along the way so y'know, it'd be nice to win one. One of my friends has a +10 Lissa and... she's still not great haha. I've lost a few matches with her help. I ran into a raven Lilina earlier who wiped my three colourless units.

Excited for the live stream! I finished the last of the monthly quests yesterday alongside the latest squad assault so am all ready for new content as... I'm now idly skilling up my Tobin.

i'm a little grumbly since i missed the last lucina bonus, and that would've bumped me up a tier overall... but i should get a nice amount of feathers either way so it's whatev.

So happy they cleaned up the summoning pool! Green looks really good to summon in now just in general, blue as well and it looks like colourless hell is no longer a thing.

Did not expect new Reinhardt or Olwen but it’s nice to have a 4 hero banner again, and Nanna being a healer is great. I’ve recently started playing Geneology and and Finn’s the only character I know so happy to get him for free!

Really looking forward to the new GHB rotation as well (heh, been saying Camus wrong this whole time)

FINALLY no more Merric or Jakob pitybreaker! Shorter TT (I always thought it was too long), more bonuses... 0 Stamina cost for GHB and BHB (I have a loooot of stamina potions, but I don't have any excuse now not to try the Elite quests)... Everything is so exciting! I can't wait to try the new mode too.

Really, it was all amazing! Now they just need to take off the enemy phase music and this game will be perfect haha

Still, the changes to the pool are really exciting and make me feel less guilty about sending home some of my 4*s now we're gonna be seeing them a lot more frequently. Klein is such a great demote and I was happy to see Nowi go down as she'd be a great project... but I've only ever pulled two.

Don't really get the stamina reductions as now I have even less to spend it on but I realise not everyone plays as often as me haha. I always like getting to the bottom of my stamina for the sense of accomplishment haha, especially when grinding TTs.

I got a 4* Hinata from my free pull (picked red because didn't have any green), and earlier when I saw the announcement I remember thinking "Oh that means Hinata will be even rarer so?" Guess the game just wanted to prove me wrong. xD And I hope I can get more Kleins now that he's 3* too. I need a good one to promote and probably a ton for SI. :3 Also maybe Leon will stop eluding me. I think he's the only not-5* exclusive I don't own now.

I kinda agree with the stamina starting to becoming useless with this update. However it was great to tackle the BHB and the GHB and not feeling too frustated with trying differents heroes/skills/seals since you don't have to spend potions (where some people would maybe give up earlier and just follow guides). Actually I did all the Navarre quests today haha and I'm already done with Tiki and Nowi BHB too. For using my stamina, I still have Squad Assault 4 to do (that last map is a nightmare) and a tons of Chain challenges so I'm going to try to focus on that. Also I want to level up and promote a Lyon because I think a third Raven user would be great to have in my barracks!

i didn't read patch notes last night -- they increased the friends list to 100 and raised the hero merit cap... bless

also i was a fool and merged my lilinas instead of having the one with more sp learn refined forblaze first... oopsie. no more late night feh. (but god, i want death blow 6 lilina... she's gonna be the best lil nuke omg. i have three 3* lilinas i was thinking about sending home, but i'm tempted to merge her further instead... i hope i roll an +atk one sometime.)

i am a little surprised at how much content is 0 stamina (bhb, ghb, rival domains, arena assault) but i'm not fussed about it since it means i can save stamina pots for tempest trials. though, i think this means that getting a good score in tempest trials is going to be kinda difficult, x:

- They raised the HM cap? If they did, it hasn't come into effect yet. That'll be nice for my arena team though.

I don't really get the 0 stamina changes, but I'm not complaining. I would have been happy with 5 stamina or something though.

Kinda sad I don't have a good Roy or Lilina to weapon forge, but shrug I have enough units to spend my medals on.

- Yeah, you won't see Lief or Nana until late in Geneaology. They're the main characters of Thracia77, which is a sort of spin-off of Geneaology. It takes place sort of between part 1 and part 2 of geneaology. Finn is pretty great though, he gets to be in Thracia77, and geneaology part 1 and 2. One of the developers of FEH must really love Reinhardt and Olwen, cus we already had them, and they were already a pain, and now we're getting them again, and they look like they'll be a pain... again! I was hoping for Altena.

• TT Boost to all allies for the first 2 days of TT so what i'm hearing is, "dump all your stamina pots during the first two days"... i hope the next one starts on a weekend. the one thing i don't like for this update is the new banner. it's cute but i just don't like it lol. i wish they'd given the notification board an update instead, or maybe have the banner hide automatically, like the pocket camp banner does.

yep! i didn't notice my units gaining HM when i did my arena matches (it was right before i read the update notes), but the max is 5k now. :3

lilina and roy both got demoted, so perhaps we'll roll some nice 3* ones in the future o: (my lilinas were pity breakers i've been ignoring for ages... one was +hp and the other +spd, so they were both kind of lame. she's not even good skill fodder, pfft)

(also i won't lie... i don't have the orbs to try for him, but i kinda want the new reinhardt, esp since chrome never came home lmao)

- Yeah, I have a +2 4* Lilina hanging about cus she's pretty useless for skills. I don't know what her IVs are, I don't even think I finished leveling her to 40. I'm really hoping that since Reinhardt is mounted/Red that Michaiah can still nuke him. I don't even have original Reinhardt, so I don't really care about new Reinhardt. lol. I'm hoping I get more Eirika's now that she's been demoted too. I've started training her to be a super unit.

hope for old reinhardt when you roll blue? they demoted him too, intsys is a bunch of crazy people. my +10 reinhardt is closer than ever >8) no but seriously, according to the datamine, sword-hardt has ok res (24/28/31) so hopefully he should still fold when it comes to blue mages... and if he's still a problem, then abel and sully are going to have to teach everyone swordbreaker, or something.

- My Michaiah does have swordbreaker, but only swordbreaker 2, so she'll need to stay at full health, but if he doesn't die and has DC (which I imagine everyone will be running on him OTL) she ded.. (I generally try to make sure she doesn't take hits at all, she so frail) AA might be a problem. Already don't have enough Dragon checks or Brave Lyn checks, or even old Reinhardt checks (and now there's gonna be so many more + reinhardts), so, yeah, there goes my AA hopes.

i'm going to wait and see what he's like in practice before i start worrying too much -- i'm guessing people will want meisterschwert / dc / vantage? but that's expensive, so i don't think it'll be very common. i think you'd just want to get him with a strong defensive unit. something like lukas should be able to knock him on his ass real fast or at least finish him off... it's really time to invest in anti-cavalry units, since if reinhardt is running distant counter, he's not running grani's shield.

actually for kicks i googled for a duel sim, and assuming this is accurate/i didn't break anything, meisterhardt would lose to -atk michaiah with no a/b/c skills, if she initiated. she'd do 54 damage on initiation, so. swordboy is dead lol. (he can beat a lot of the blue mages, but it looks like he will lose to michaiah, ursula, and... reinhardt lmao. thani and blarwolf are really good since they're effective against cavalry, so i hope we get another source for blarwolf soon... i don't want to fodder off ursula.)

I do really like the new art for Reinhardt and Olwen though, cuboon really hit it out of the park with this version.

The art of Saias (from what I've seen) reminds me heavily of Utena, will be interested to see who did it.

The new units elude me although I did pull a 5* Soleil. I hear she's pretty good so I've have to look at some builds for her. Have beaten Tiki and Nowi already - beat infernal first try with flier emblem and that never happens (really surprised with myself).

Also - that story chapter did not go the way I was expecting... did that just really happen? Things are getting dark :S

Fliers were great for that map, I used 'em too. The trees let me just poke away until they fell. Dull Ranged took me by surprise as I wanted to burst down Nowi with Gronnblade but wasn't hard to work around it.

The new GHB quests weren't as fun as the originals, emblem teams are far more challenging to work around than blessings. Managed to do it with the teams I'd set up which weren't anything special - two infantry and two horse (wind is lacking Gunnthrá but we make it work anyway). Also guess we aren't getting her any time soon ahem... looks like I'm gonna have to roll for her on the next good banner now.
