Ahhhh nice Effie is a top tier pull! I'm jealous, I haven't stumbled across her yet (and always seem to end up pulling blues heh) and she's one of my faves from Fates. Do you know her IVs at all?

And is everyone excited for the new banner tomorrow? Ike hype! (tbh I haven't played either of the games he's featured in but I'm still excited because everyone else is haha)

Not sure how to check for her IVs especially since I leveled her up alot as she was my first 5 star.

I'll need more orbs to benefit from the banner tomarrow but should get some soon..either from dailys or getting a play card.

Those Navarre lunatic quests are so hard, I've spent so much stamina on them already, it's probably not worth the 2 orbs I'd get, but I don't care XD They are interesting challenges though and I'm always in awe at those guys who manage them with free units!

I always like getting new heroes! They just don't seem to like me. The only hero I have that wasn't originally in the game is Sanaki... XD Maybe I'll get lucky this time, I don't think so, but one can hope!

Not sure i'm ready for Navvare or (F) Robin, even if I was I don't have Alfonse worked on enough for the weaker Navvare and I don't have the unit needed for (F) Robin at all. Seems like another battle to sit out while I try to level and promote who all I have and can....if I had more then 5 of the better colorless badges I'd have a 5 star healer by now ( Serra)

Oh my god they are so hard. I managed to do Robin's without much trouble, but both of Naverre's have BROKE me. I can do it with four units but the ninjas screw me over with only three. I spent all my stamina yesterday trying over and over. Today I decided to bite the bullet and train my 4* Donnel. :c He better pull through for me.

I spent a few orbs on Battling Zephiel and pulled a Nowi on my fourth blue. :D Sadly... she's +Def -Spd. Which means she has a speed of like... 25 lmao. Oh well! She's still super tanky so even if she isn't a top priority, she's a handy unit to have.

Here's the Youtube channel I was on about with the free, 3* clears. c: Just try and pick up the free units whenever possible and you'll get a good base to work with. And even if you can't copy them exactly, you might be able to sub in similar units.

Only thing is I lack a Dancer of any sort which is a constant in the vids and seem to be a must have for GHB. I know one day I will pull one but I'll have to sit it out until I get one AND get her/him leveled. :p I level 1 of anyone in there would be a bad idea.

As of now I have two teams going threw the training tower and may get another low leveled one threw there. I FINALLY got Henry two days ago ( a 3 star but he was my fave in Awakening) so been leveling him like mad.

Actually you can get a free 2* Olivia today from the special map if you haven't done it already.... It will take some grind to have enough SP to give her the Dance ability, but I think it could be worth it!

Depends on what level the units are on that map. If they are in range or below of mine I'll try it after I get home from walking at the park - got Pokemon go as well after getting this new phone-

Oooooh Olivia is in rotation today! You should definitely pick her up from her Special map and upgrade to 3* ASAP for access to Dance. I always bring Olivia along for well, everything, because Dance is a brilliant offensive and defensive skill rolled into one.

And sure! The only way to find out your Effie's IVs will be when she gets to level 40, now, but she shouldn't have any trouble getting (she has the second highest BST, if I remember correctly). Have a look at her page on the Heroes wiki. It lists the variations she can have at level 1 and level 40. Remember that the attack stat here does not include weapon Mt, while it does on the character screen.

You can also tell the IVs of a unit if they're less than 5* by going to the Unlock Potential screen - as long as they're level 20+, it'll tell you their base stats at level 1. All free/gift units come with neutral IVs. Only summoned units have IVs. c: There's a bunch of IV calculators out there which can figure this out all out for you, too.

And might be worth reading this guide here if you have any other questions about them! They explain far better than I ever could. You'll get the hang of it!

Edit: Checked and I see theres a lv5 normal and 15 hard. I went with the normal just to make sure I have her but i'll try the hard for the 2 star version. If I succeed, i'll just merge them.

I've actually seen a couple of strategies that use two dancers so it might be worth keeping both copies. I feathered my 2* up to 4* and use her all the time, and she can stand up to greens pretty decently. She's also great for training units, of course, because they can get double the hits in. :D

Here's the full list for the daily rotation. If you can't grab her now, no worries, as she'll be back around in a couple of weeks. And you'll be able to flatten the map by then hah! :D

I managed to get her and kinda blew some crystals to catch her up in leveling as well as promote her ( though not enough to get her to 4 star, need more badges and feathers

Still, i'm below 25 on all my heros so i'll have to catch those two in the GHB another time, the fact they already recycled those two gives me hope it will happen again

and just got a 5 star Tharja this morning.

I only upgraded mine to 4* a couple of weeks ago, she's perfectly usable at 3* but I had some feathers to blow.

Did you spend orbs on upgrading your castle at all? I think that's a pretty good early investment for the % EXP bonus, which will stay with you forever.

And yeah, focus on getting those units up. Before you know it, you'll have a healthy roster available to you and the early days will seem like a dream. It only takes me a day or two to raise a character up to 40 from base now with buff/healer/dance support.

Been saving orbs to build my roster up but may start useing the freebes to upgrade the castle.

Just need a 5 star colorless, but I have two 4 star healers in my collection ( Serra and Maria) but i'll see what I get.

Oh wow Tharja is a great unit as well, particularly with good team support to help her build power on her tome.

I think it's worth upgrading the castle to a ~60% bonus, at least, as it's pretty cheap and you'll easily gain it back in stamina spent. The EXP curve becomes pretty steep at the top end.

My Lissa is still 4*, actually, I don't have a 5* colourless and haven't pulled colourless orbs since launch (for the Takumi I never received hah) because of the sheer number of mediocre units in the pool. Healers are typically regarded as... interchangeable and don't gain a lot at 5* as they won't be fighting on the front lines (there's a 50% damage penalty on staffs which sucks). I think Maria is a good shout with Physic/Imbue, she'll be a good support for your attackers.

Haha I know that one! It's because 4* and 5* units are automatically marked as 'Favourites' with the heart icon, and you can't merge those, so you'll need to un-heart him. I'm pretty sure you can turn off the automatic favourites in Settings, as mine doesn't do it any more.

I wouldn't be tooooo merge happy as you'll start to dabble with Skill Inheritance a little later, and the heroes you tossed away might be the ones you need! I don't think Raven has a whole lot going for him to be honest, aside from passing on his Brave Axe+ and possibly Threaten Def 3, but it's something to keep in mind. Also you won't keep the +1 if you decide to feather up down the line. :) Just something to keep in mind!

Pulled on the new banner today, I had 4 red orbs and 1 colourless xD That would be the dream of everyone wanting Ike! Well I didn't have luck with the reds but pulled a 5* Faye! I was like... wrong focus but I'm not complaining at all. I have to look up her IVs and see if she can be useful now. :D

Congrats on the Tharja pull! :D I agree with Thomas about the merging though, I wouldn't worry too much about it now, Though I understand that having so many duplicates makes it really a mess XD I have 171, I should really invest some time/feathers in SI!

I haven't pulled yet! I'm nervous haha. Also I might wait and see what the Battling Xander banner looks like first. I actually have a bunch of passable blues and greens now and my roster would appreciate a fresh red. My 5* +Atk -Spd Eirika is great for buffing! But loses to some of the stronger greens, like Hector and Minerva, and it's a problem as I usually run two blues for arena. I should've pulled for Lucina on the Princess banner really, or at least a better Eirika. Oh well! I've actually been finding arena really tough for the past couple of weeks, I see loads of full Inheritance teams and it's proving impossible to get anywhere near a deathless streak.

I wish I knew this after merging 4 Tikis XD, ah well, she got some early skills at lest then. I got 3 duplicites today and three new ones ( Tharja and two 4 stars)

One of my Raven's is lv8 already but I've started to like him despite him being average. I've played Awakening and Fates and am familler with the Telius characters even though I haven't actually played the games ( I have a Path of Radience guide book I love to read still). However I am just starting to learn about the charactors in the other games ( Especally Blinding Blade and Blazing Sword) even though the Permadeath has kept me from playing them.

Heros gives me a chance to be introduced to these charactors at last and I'm already starting to find favorates in the older rosters. I already have a Telius fave though before Heros....but I'd kinda be surprised if he becomes a fighter. I'd be happy but not sure how they'd get around the "too frail" to physicly fight issue he has.

Edit: forgot to mention until after I posted this that I grabed two more 10$ google play cards as gamestop's having it's last week on Buy one get one 25% off on them so i'll start pulling again shortly
