EDIT: ooh! I read about it now! He had surgery a while back! :o omg, i didn't know about this!! I also heard he did the station when he was supposed to be resting?? what a crazy boy!! :o

He had a knee injury already for like years but he finally just got surgery for it a while back, so he's been on the mend. Annnd I just read your edited part, lol. xD But yeah, I hope he gets better soon. I can't wait for him to be back! I am so confused with the NCT units...like who is debuting next or what group is coming back. Why you gotta be so confusing, SM?! haha And I hope they let Mark rest because good lord that boy has been in every unit so far.

the results for produce 101 season 2 are out! they're expected to debut in august under the name wanna one! i'm a little upset about the results, but oh well ~

I am gonna be honest, I probably wont pay attention to them. I didn't pay much attention to I.O.I either. I just don't wanna get super into a group that was made just to disband, ya know? :/ I did end up seeing I.O.I's performances at the award shows and end of the year programs though, so I'll eventually see them, I guess. lol

Omg ok 1) Wanna One - I'M OBSESSED LIKE I HAVE NO IDEA WHY and tbh I am also a bit disappointed with the results but w.e. bc it seems like a lot of the other trainees that didn't make it to Wanna One are getting support from their company like the BNM Boys, Seonho from Cube, Jung Sewoon from Starship etc. etc.

2. Beast is now Highlight (I'm still crying tho but I'm so happy for them) AND Hyunseung just had a dope comeback

3. NCT - hmm I support the boys bc omg they're cute and so YOUNG LIKE WHY - but i really gotta hate SM for this like wow. Isn't this just an obvious money-making scheme - I also feel like SM is doing a crap job of supporting and promoting them post debut like meh

And just a questions to throw out there..... BTS at the halftime show. Good or bad? (Halftime show of the Super Bowl - idk where y'all are from but American football thing)

If you're a K-pop fan? it would be awesome! If you're not? I can only imagine how bad the Americans will react!

Now, the thing is, Football is an AMERICAN thing so I'd find it very weird if a foreigner came to sing at it. (specially with the whole political situation going on over there, but I won't get into it...) Also, that poll is completely bogus, it won't count for anything, anyway! xD

So yeah, it could be nice, but I'm not putting any hopes on it actually happening.

oh god i was really worried for a moment thinking they (BTS) were confirmed for the super bowl but i hope it's not true, if only bc i can't imagine how they'll be received D8 there's a time and place for everything and a k-pop performance at the super bowl is not quite what people may have in mind.

Hello everyone!! New to this thread here -waves- Currently have Hold Me Tight by BTS on repeat, it soothes my soul ;u;

As much as I love BTS and their new popularity in America, like said the Superbowl is a very American thing and I can't imagine the target audiences watching would be too interested to see a korean boyband performing? I think it'd make more sense to have their debut american broadcasted performance at a music award show (little bitter about them not performing at Billboards still but getting over it) rather than a football game. Also their popularity is still quite new and sudden to them so I'm a little protective and don't want them to get overwhelmed with all the sudden exposure or treated like a fad because they've worked too hard to be taken advantage of as the interesting new thing and then tossed aside ;-;

(but still super psyched that they're getting all this recognition you go boys)

also, idk if any of you all are/were 2ne1 fans, but I just had to come here and vent because i'm so emotional after watching bom's insta live videos. she misses her ex-members so much ;____; seeing so many of the iconic girl groups like 2ne1, Wonder Girls, Sistar, etc. disband makes me so sad.
