Worst of the storms were a little to our west. It was quite the lightening show though. Cold with a wind advisory today and a dusting of snow overnight. It'll be early summer by Monday (high near 80 unless they change it).

I'll be surprised if we even get a dusting. It's been too mild and warm(ish). Got slammed by the rain this morning coming in and last night when I was going home it was coming from a straight southerly direction, which is not very typical. It's weird to have it beating down on your back window and the front one barely needing the wipers. Loved that last change you had and this one, too. <3

I think we need one of those air boats (like for marshes and stuff) w/ a cutting blade strapped to the bottom to cut my backyard. It's so swampy. 😞

Yeah it was.. but in a good way. 😽 Cool creepy is way better than other kind of creepies. :P And yes!! That was the scene! Then they all gathered and instead of looking cute and pretty, they were just ominous and scary.

sips coffee Woke up needlessly early. Gave up trying to go back to sleep. Bah. Coffee is good though. Snowing now but too wet to stick. Freeze warning tonight. Covered up the two flowering plants we planted for mom last year to try to protect them. Everything else is left to the elements. Hoping the white bud out front will be okay. It's covered in buds and was just starting to bloom.

It so has to be. I am not a pink person in rl. lol

Loki needs brushing again. Shedding season. He needs intensive brushing. Yesterday I accidentally took my sleeping pill with lunch. Spent most of yesterday half asleep without being able to fall asleep. Still overly tired and disconnected. Visited dmy a few towns over today and had lunch. Full. Then had ice cream and cookies for dinner. I am so healthy.

..lol i feel like i've tried 101 ways to wear the poofy pink dress today (yeah i'm bored) not quite enough to keep it yet i don't think, but i could be wrong ;) yummy ice cream and cookies! yes, totally a healthy choice ;)

Hockey season is now at an end! :( No playoffs, and we lost our very last game, but that is alright. We'll do better next year ^_^ I just hope our Captain will stick around....I don't want him to retire yet without winning the Stanley Cup at the end.
