Ok - finally have time to try and beat Scary Singer with my T7 and T8 pets before he disappears - wish me luck (and would be happy to get advice and suggestions as well).

(or anyone else) - would love to try to borrow a Truth Serum if possible. Have not done much weapon borrowing, but would be happy to offer collateral if you will tell me what might be appropriate.

That wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be! No Truth Serum, but KT Ring worked fine (except I only managed to steal the Sonic Vibrato once). Still Tharg (T7) was able to get five wins and Tos (T8) was able to get ten wins, so I'm happy! Two Tomes of Death and ready for the new challengers coming Thursday.

Finished my 100th Shinwa quest (yay) and got a :) One day I will be really happy I hoarded all those boosters instead of selling them ^^ Now, onto the BQ!

Wifi = Fixed, Problem = Weather ... this time ;P You'd think, knowing that they live in a country prone to frequent bad weather, they'd build their stuff to cope with it xD

Mage is in a good mood with me today; 9 amulets turned into 4 tomes :) Keeping two in the inventory for when Tarrant needs a level raise

: I don't think the reset happens too often :D. I haven't seen one since I started taking battling seriously in Oct 2015. I don't know how far back the last reset was though.

I've never turned my amulets into tomes, maybe i'll try that out after i've done my quests for today... btw, does it matter which tomes I have? Or do they give specific stats?

Okay, I hadn't ever heard about a reset before, but then again I've never been really active with battling before, so I could have missed it ^^

: I know, I wasn't a battler before late 2015 either so I didn't pay too much attention to resets. I think I have missed at least one, because I remember beating up the smaller guys in the BC before I knew what battling was, and when I decided to take up battling as a hobby all of my wins were reset to 0.

As for the tomes, they're all the same. They all give the same types of stats, and the number of stats given are all random across all the tomes.

All the tomes give 1-3 in every stat (intel included), I don't use mine until I need the levels though; stops me over-levelling too much. If he doesn't need the level I just lock them for later If I give him 1 tome and book each day he should hit 2k intel within the year liked I planned :)

Hmm, I thought all my Statistics in the BD were set to 0 because of the revamp, but maybe it was because of a reset I missed? I wasn't too sad about that tho, because that way I could get all those "stat eggs" the smaller challengers give out and give it to my second training pet ^^

That sounds like a good strategy, maybe I'll try that as well :D although i'm not quite sure if it wouldn't be cheaper to use the tomes later when I can't train as often...

I switched to tomes once pointed out that the 25csc for auto training cost about 3mil, which is about the price of 6 amulets or just 1 tome, I still train him too He's gaining about the same stats as he was before, but way more intel 'cos I was lazy with his books xD

I'm only autotraining my wee one, because he still gets 28 sessions a day, and this way I only have to care about his training once a day :D I stopped autotraining Plasma when she was Tier 5 I think...?

Yeah, the eggs are great :D I'm pretty sure they weren't there when I first battled, but now i'm like "YES more stat eggs!" :D

The last reset was May 9, 2015. There is a forum post about it url=https://subeta.net/forums.php/read/832959[/url] and a news post url=https://subeta.net/news/15688[/url]... I can't remember what they are working on this time, but I know they are planning to do a reset because something (or several things) is getting a revamp.

They did tell us -- Purge has a thread about it in the forum. Sorry I'm not awake enough to remember... God I need coffee! It is maybe related to the custom coding they can now do? I think they're also planning to tweak the exp given out after 10 wins.
