Yeah me too. I think the reset keeps getting delayed (also this goes to ) because of all the site events that take place this time of the year. Once there's a break in between might be when they do a challenger reset.

Jeff - The reset I was talking about was the battle quest reset lol. Cron wouldn't reset the quests last night.

Can anyone give me some tips on beating Zephyre? I got in 3 wins, I think, but now he keeps disabling my use of weapons and obv I can't win that way lol. I'm not sure what types of weapons work best against him to get the hits in before he springs that trap on me.

What tier is your pet? What scrolls and weapons are you currently using?

Hmm, I don't have a twitter account. There's usually a lot of water pokemon spawning near my place, and I've talked to someone who found a Lapras on the parking lot 100 meters from my house. I haven't seen any yet though :/ I've seen plenty Lapras in gyms before the Gyarados, Snorlax, Dragonite and Rhydons took over. So I guess they are quite "common" here. I'll try tomorrow, maybe I'll get lucky. Did you manage to find a Lapras for your gf in the end?

I think it's multiple scanners linked up to a twitter account, they call it twitter bot. so it's like pokevision/fastpokemap (rip) but it does all the work for you :)

lapras were nerfed + they hatch from 10s which could explain why there were so many and where they went. we got two! both were really really weak, like 185 cp and 181 cp

I would try to blast his weapons on the first turn (Recycle Blaster and Soma Tablets or Blackmoon Hand Blaster) and have a strong scroll set with an infinite healing scroll (Ocean Currents/Aftershocks) and defensive scrolls (Cobalt Eternal). He will block likely all of your dark icons and some light/earth, so make sure your weapons don't rely on those if you want to maximize damage.

If you want to win more easily, I would borrow Gift of the Forj Scroll, Lucky Scroll, and Morosbane Scroll from someone if you don't own them already. The Gift of the Forj Scroll alone will make a huge difference for you.
