The Browncoats (that's what we Firefly fans call ourselves) kept on a fightin' after the show was cancelled and a number of years after it was gone we actually managed to get a major studio film green lit. We did the impossible :D The movie is Serenity. Firefly (the show) is the class of ship and Serenity (the movie) is the name of the specific ship the main characters live and work on. I hope that you enjoy it; I love it with all my heart. But if you don't like it you can tell me, don't worry about that. I'm glad it'll be easy for you to find that's always a good thing.

Nathan Fillion played "Captain Malcolm 'Mal' Reynolds" in Firefly (apparently, according to IMDB). But he was also the lead in Castle, which I absolutely loved. That's an amazing show (which I should ALSO watch in German, incidentally...). I just loved everything about it: the premise, the chemistry between the characters, the individual cases, and the acting. His character is just so... lovable, I guess.

But he also had a role on Buffy the Vampire Slayer that lasted a few (five?) episodes, oh.. and he showed up on Big Bang Theory once. And I dunno, I just like him. :)

And I've gotten... four pages translated. :O Not enough to earn me a TV show break, but enough that I can consider it an accomplishment, so there's that...

YES I LOVE Fillion too! He's the lead in Firefly; it's where I fell for him. I followed him from Firefly to Castle - now you get to do it the other directions ;) He was so good at being bad in Buffy. I noticed recommended Desperate Housewives I know a few seasons into that show he had a story arch, too.

Can someone explain the Masquerade Ball in the news? A tad confused about whats going on. Is it an event? / Do I shell out on one of the presents?

ohhhh! You've never been on the masquerade? It's an event and one of my faves too! You dress up and wear a mask in order to dance and get trinkets for libertine lounge and steamworks manangerie. I can't wait!

Ahh you don't have to buy the items to participate, you buy them if you like them. But you MUST wear a mask on your HA in order to be able to dance. You can get masks on the Migrating mask shop as well as user shops. The dancing is similar to the kissing but you have to ask someone to dance and they must accept your invitation and you have to accept those that ask you to dance. With the trinkets you get you can buy goodies at those two shops I mentioned from Ziara. There are events during the year in Subeta and most are great, I don't care much about the pirates one or the beer one (October fest? I can't remember the name) You can learn more about the events in the subetapedia too. =D

I have many since I change them depending on the outfit. There are lots of different colors and themes. My favorite is one you can hold in hand, can't remember the name but it is from the Token Shop. I also like the owl ones

I'm not doing well today... >< I would appreciate any emotional support and all, I'm in the worst mindset right now.

Basically I'm panicking about losing my job... My boss has been beyond patient with me, but I can tell I don't do the best work and I don't know why he's so patient. And I know I could do better. I don't want to be fired and I don't want to disappoint him, I'm just so anxious and I feel like trash. I've been struggling so much and he tries to help and answer my questions but oh god I'm just trash.

And to make it worse, the wifi in my apartment is awful. I keep losing connection to the server I'm trying to do work on! Which is so annoying, trying to code and then having to reconnect every few minutes, it's so frustrating I want to cry...

So right now, I... I have some tasks in mind, I'm trying to get myself to just do them. And it's so hard, I'm about to break down here, but I'm just trying to hold it together and go through the actions and just... get something productive done, at all. I just need to stay calm and collected, but god I just feel like trash, like why is it so hard for me to just function, to work and make money like a normal human being, I just feel like I dont even deserve to take up space cuz I cant do anything
