I'm just pretty resistant to change. I honestly think that staff could have done without revealing the limit numbers in a news post like that. In gold account forum testing, sure! Say, these are the limits for now while we test and they'll be raised as we go along. But instead they announced it in a way that seemed like "these are the limits now so you better clean out your account". Idunno it just seemed to cause anger and panic.

xD Thanks. And yeah, I suppose so. I haven't touched any of my shops and galleries since this was announced and I know pretty much all of them go over the limits. Unpopular opinion maybe: It's probably impossible but I think when the new shops are released to everyone, that they should have 1 free autoprice, just 1 total for this change, in order to get the ball rolling with cleaning out shops. I'm not going to handprice, and nothing about this change or these limits makes me want to buy a GA :x My big shop can just sit there otherwise.

That is a good point. They could have definitely done a better job clarifying in the news post that the limits were temporary and would be raised after testing. I think that would have set people at ease more quickly, instead of having the feedback thread created and having to respond to already upset people to fix the misunderstandings.

That's a good suggestion on the autopricing thing though. I'm still waiting for the new shops to be released to everyone. :/

I think there was talk of trying to transfer items with the prices attached, to new shops, but really not sure it's possible. This would be an alternative!

I mainly like having a GA for extra quests, but I don't really go out of my way to buy one. I usually just wait until I can get a free one, which my loyalty box for 6 years will be coming up soon. I'll probably choose the 3 month GA medal for that.

I haven't done the glacier thing since I got to the end and got the trophy for it, except for like a couple of times if it was part of a plot step or something. I forgot that one even existed. :P

what i find funny is people can write so lengthy in one post and expect every demand is met. i doubt they even read that. i just skim through them. then they go on write the same message in different lengthy form.

Polar Ice Completion I have a trophy! It's been a month and I seriously hadn't noticed it AT ALL.

I need to wait till september to get my first loyalty box :o Chances are I'll get a pet slot though. 3 month GA is a pretty sweet deal however.

True. At first I was reading most of the posts to see everyone's opinions on the matter. But then I just started skimming, because most of them were just people saying the same thing over and over. I'm okay with it all now, I think it's important to just wait and see what happens from now on. They've already increased the limits once, and they'll get even more testing data once they release the new shops to non-GA users so they should be able to increase them even more in the coming week or two.

There's one for completing the crypts too, at least there used to be. I would assume you can still get it with the new version, but I'm not 100% sure.

The loyalty boxes are pretty nice. At first I was thinking of choosing the pet name change thing for this one, but then I figured it's probably better to just buy a 500 CSC card to do that. I'll be able to make up the sP pretty quickly again with more quests from the GA.

Also, loyalty box = pet slot all the way. I have over-ambitious pet goals.

Once I (eventually) buy the other 4 pet slots from the MC, I'll have 20 in total. It's not a priority for me though, since I'm fine with just my one pet.

But definitely making pet slots more easily obtainable is nice for the people who do have/want a lot of pets! I saw too that they upped the tiers for that one achievement, for having 20 pets and now 40 pets I think. I don't know if I'll ever get that one though. :P

I am also hoping for more of the 'do stuff and the site gives a pet slot' mini events. I can get behind them! :)

Shops went live! Just put my till from the old one into new one, went through with no problems.

Yes! I just made a new shop and went to move my items from the old one to new. Although I probably could have just done it by hand since I only had like 13 unique and 50 in total. Oh well, I just gotta wait for the queue to reach me.

I'm glad we can transfer the shop sales and profits too though, I guess once I sell something in my new shop the old ones should show up?

For the till, I'd already made some sales with the testing, and it just added it on to my test shop profits, no problems.

Queue did take several hours when testing but everything came through fine.

Had to be careful pricing yesterday, someone was pulling the 1sp 'trick the autopricer' thing again, got stung for 2 things, luckily not very expensive.

I didn't have anything in my old shop till. But yeah, I'll probably wait until tomorrow before messing with it too much anymore.

But now I'm wondering if I should have done quests earlier, as items may be scarce for a bit while people move things around.

I was questing using the new shops and items were comparable prices, so item wise, you'll be OK.

May be slow if everyone starts making changes, though!

Well that's good to know! I'll give it a shot and see how it goes, if it gets too expensive then I'll just stop.

I'll check again later to see if the rest of my items moved over, and then maybe try to sell at least one thing just to see if the stats move over okay so I can delete my old shop.

Just finished up Pete's quests for today, made profit on them all just fine. Search function was running a little slow for me - but might be this machine!

The whole site's being pretty slow for me, so I don't think it's your end. I guess the mad rush of people doing stuff with their shops and all, probably will be slow for a bit while it runs queues and stuff too.

The news has awoken the masses! Possibly... :)
