Not a whole lot really, just kind of waiting to go to bed right now. How was your day?

It was kinda meh. But it's Saturday, so I'm looking forward to watching some anime on tv later. But my favourite one ended...

It's fine, it was really good. I'm just kinda lost without it xD A new one is taking its place but I don't feel too strongly about it from seeing the previews. I'll still try it.

Just going through some of the last few pages on that "Save our galleries" thread, man there are some cranky people in there.

Well I guess all good things must end eventually. And I suppose I'd rather have something end while it's still good than drag out and become bad to the point where I no longer like it. At least you have something new to try, maybe it'll be better than it looks!

And yeah, about the galleries thing... I was pretty mad about the whole thing at first, but I got over it really quickly. I just realized that the recode was necessary and the limits would be raised, so... Idunno I'm kinda past the point of caring now. Just twiddling my thumbs and waiting for the testing to be completed.

That's basically how it went for me too. Upset at first, but now kind of meh. I'm just waiting to see how the testing goes and what the limits can eventually be raised to. But I'm not really bothered by the change now.

i remember someone was trying to sue a website for allegedly stealing book items on neopets. i don't even know how they are going to prove such steal happens and those were theirs in the first place, but apparently they already consult a lawyer.

That's the luckiest I've ever been with the crypts, in general I don't win very often. Hope you can reach the end soon!

mini rant about the petition thing: The recoding is going to happen, the limits are there and being raised for TESTING purposes... They cannot write a new shop system and expect it to work the exact same way.

xD sorry for the mini rant. I just feel like this petition thing really jumped the gun in thinking that something in early beta testing is the final form that will be released. o.0

Thanks!! And I ended up being so tired last night that I dozed off and missed the first 4 minutes of the new anime... Other than that it was actually really boring for me :x I sat up and watched the whole thing and I was still just like meh. I'll still watch it next week to see if it gets any better. Then afterwards, an anime that I actually liked came on, but I fell asleep before it was over. kicks myself

Well, it had one advantage in that it amused me greatly. But yeah, it's ridiculous. At least it's not just my comp that's broken. I hope so.

Yes, yes! That exactly sums up my current feelings regarding the whole thing. Most of my being upset at the first announcement came from me being dumb and not reading correctly that old shops & galleries were going to be disabled and not deleted like I thought at first for some reason. Then after seeing staff responses about testing and raising the limits as we go, that calmed me down even more. Although I was never super mad, I just wanted answers. And then we got them, so there.

It seems like the people who continued complaining even after all of the staff posts on the feedback and GA threads either weren't reading those staff responses, or they were in so much denial over the whole thing that they just wanted to complain until everything got changed back. Like you said, the change was going to happen anyway, and staff is doing their best to make it easier on everyone. They've even listened to our suggestions and started implementing some of the changes we asked for to help with the item hoarding. I don't know what more you can ask for other than that, really.

I try to do it as often as I can, Blake is probably tired of my "help" seeing as I only ever make it to the first door recently.

That's still good.
My track record with the crypts being like it is, I got my other half to do some of the games when we last had a plot, just to get me through. Desperate times...
